We are currently accepting SUMMER bookings, including The 4th of July! We can accommodate 10 comfortably! This cabin is located in Cold Springs, CA at 5,700 feet Elevation where it is approximately 5 to to10 degrees cooler than below Cold Springs. The Cabin House is ONLY 5 minutes to the beautiful and SUMMER FESTIVE Alpine Lake, Pinecrest where entrance is always free! Don't forget the Holidays in the Sierras are Magical! The Lake is FIVE, FIVE, 5 minutes away with FREE entrance, parking! BBQ Pits, picnic tables, clean restroom facilities, boat launch, food trucks, snack bar, hiking, fishing, kayaking, boating, and the swimming beach area has a wide roped off floaters for kiddos! BOOK EARLY, LOCK IN YOUR STAY, Celebrate the 4th of July at Pinecrest Lake or Stay in at The Cabin House! There is a spacious deck with multiple outdoor umbrellas, a large table, loungers, chairs, and a horseshoe pit in the BREATHTAKING forest floor! There's a propane BBQ grill too! Book NOW, Book EARLY! Summer and holidays fill up fast! Please note, these two holidays have a minimum number of days you must book to reserve your stay. 4th of July has a minimum stay of 7 days of Lake FUN! Memorial weekend has a 3-day minimum stay. Free early check-in on holidays may be possible if you ask ahead. Late check outs will be allowed with a slight extra fee of up to 3:00 pm if available. Wood is available at the cabin, but we do charge a fee, to replenish it, of $10 per bundle of 8. If you use the wood, please inform me so I can request the fee approval from you via VRBO.

The Cabin House in the Forest is Spacious at 2,500 sq. ft. and sleeps 10! This cabin is great for family gatherings, friend reunions, a getaway baby shower, a bridal shower, or special family celebrations! There are two private entrances, with a private deck overlooking the forest with its own private bathroom in the lower level. This master bedroom has a game console, a mini library and it has a king-sized bed plus a pull-out couch!

Also, we accept seasonal summer or winter stays. Flexible renting options with special pricing for stays such as one week a month for 2-6 months, or month-long stays. We accept temporary work stays, summer or winter vacation stays, and even ongoing one week a month stays. Message an inquiry for the special pricing for the longer stays.

This beautiful cabin has four private rooms to sleep in. There's three bedrooms, plus an upstairs loft! The loft is set up as a bedroom and lounge area with a TV, a game console, and two built-in twin beds. Additional beds include two king-sized beds, one queen bed, and a full-sized sofa bed in the downstairs master bedroom for a total of SIX BEDS! This cabin has two full bathrooms, including an ensuite in the master bedroom with its own private sitting area, a pull-out sleeper, a mini library, DVD Player, game console, and a private deck with private keyed exterior access.

This is the ultimate ski cabin with loads of hooks to hang your ski gear. After all, it is 10 minutes away from Dodge Ridge!

For magical winter visits, the living room is especially stunning with a window wall bringing in natural light and views of the spectacular and grand Sierra pine trees. It turns into a magical winter wonderland when it snows! The walls of windows evoke a feeling of bringing the outdoors inside. After you light up a cozy fire in the wood burning stove, It is the perfect spot to relax and unwind in this "retreat" like getaway!!

The adjacent kitchen is loaded! There are full sized appliances and everything you would need to cook a special meal or bake some fresh treats! There's a dishwasher to aid with fast clean up so you can enjoy every moment of your stay. For gatherings, a large dining table with an additional chair is nearby. There are two bar seats on the island as well. Dining Alfresco is always another choice, particularly during the spring, summer, and fall months! Bon Appetit!

For indoor entertainment, we have you covered! There are two large flat screen TVs and a Nintendo and PlayStation console, so you can get your game on!

For book lovers, there is a "Free Little Library" at the cabin. "Need a book? Take one. Have a book? Leave one." Not only is it super cute, it has a lot of different book options.

We have plenty of board games, puzzles, and playing cards, too!

For outdoor entertainment, there are two spacious decks, with a propane BBQ grill! Currently, there's propane, but you may have to fill it if it runs out. There are plenty of deck chairs, and there's a horseshoe pit sure to bring your group loads of fun!

For the car enthusiast, there is a two-car garage for you to use to keep your car enclosed and clean!
