Welcome to the 1900 HOUSE, located in the heart of historic downtown Prescott! Our home is situated just one block away from the courthouse square, making it the perfect location for those looking to explore all the festivities and events that take place in downtown Prescott.
Our home offers breathtaking views of Thumb Butte and Granite Mountain sunsets from the comfort of the living room. Inside is tastefully decorated and fully equipped with everything you need to feel right at home.

This home was built as a single-family home in 1900. Its newly updated kitchen features a range and oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. This beautiful property served as an office space for many years and has recently been converted back into a cozy living space with a private dining room and three bedrooms.
•The Master Bedroom has a spacious king size bed, smart TV, and comfy reading chair. 
•The second bedroom has access to the covered porch and features a Queen bed.
•The third bedroom offers a twin trundle bed, and a charming desk that could be used as a workspace or makeup table.
•It originally had two side by side powder rooms until recently when one was converted into a beautiful garden shower.

The covered porch is the perfect spot to relax after a day of hiking or shopping downtown.
 
Please note:
•The garden shower is separate from the powder room, instead they are located right next to one another.
For better convenience, we have added a curtain outside the garden shower to provide more dressing space.
•There is a ground floor unit that is a separate short-term rental. There is no shared access other than the parking area at the top of the driveway has 1 designated spot for the downstairs unit.

We give our guests 100% privacy but live locally and available at any times notice.
