This home is privately owned and maintained. We only rent to families or professional adults. You must be over the age of 25 to book this property. We do NOT rent to groups under the age of 25 or chaperoned groups under any circumstances. No house parties or family reunions, occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

We offer 6 night minimum. Longer term rentals welcome.

*Please note no motorcycles, trailers, RVs, smoking or pets.*

**PLEASE NOTE: The guest who makes the reservation/the name on the rental agreement must be at least 25 years old, and he/she must be in the rental the entire length of the stay. That person will need to arrive first in the group, as the check-in packet will only be released to him/her. No exceptions will be granted.**

Welcoming Family Vacation

Upon entry to The Tides That Bind was easily accessible. The Home had a welcoming vibe and very clean. It had all the comfort of our own home with a great view! Just a golf cart ride over a block to the Beach. Or you can walk , it is a very short walk. Growing family of 7adults , one friend and one infant the space was very roomy and accommodating. We Would definitely want to be welcomed back!
The home inside and out is very pretty and inviting.
The Decks on the back to the channel was a treat for coffee in the mornings and fishing at night!
The birds give a relaxing vibe.
Little crabs on the lower dock were entertaining :)

We loved it so much, we booked again!

This was our second stay at this beautiful home. It is so clean, has ample space, a great location, and communication with the owner cannot be beat. It's been a fantastic stay for our family 2 years in a row.

Great Time

Beautiful home with a lot of space , TV's in each bedroom , arcade for kids , numerous outside decks , access and boat to inland waterway, lots of parking and close to beach.Great location with easy access to area amenities . We had a wonderful time !

Relax on the channel

This home is amazing. We had the best time staying at Tides That Bind and it offered everything we were looking for. House is very clean, neat and love the beach decor. Very quite community with short walk to the beach and nice view of the channel. Darin has thought of every amenity you would need and then some. He is very nice and thoughtful checking to be sure everything was going well. Check in was super easy and you don’t have to try to remember a crazy code for the door. We would like stay again next year.

Fantastic Channel Home!

Our family has been visiting Cherry Grove for 10+ years and we prefer a home on the channel with room for us to really live for the week. We've rented lots of homes, but this one may be our favorite. Upon entry we found it to be immaculate, the cleaning service is top notch. The home is beautiful with plenty of space and all the amenities you need. Communication with Darin was perfect, he has thought of everything you need to know and has the answers ready for you. Our family will be booking this home again!
