Family Friendly! The Atlantic is within 6 minute walking distance from your vacation rental, though, while you also can enjoy a private floating dock over the channel in your own back yard. The floating dock is perfect for small boats or kayaks! There is a public boat launch at 53rd Ave. Saturday- Saturday weekly rentals during summer months.

This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed. We are in a residential neighborhood and North Myrtle Beach noise ordinances are enforced. Please be respectful of residential neighbors and no loud noises or music after 11pm. Parking is maximum of 6. Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances are required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

*Bring your small boat or kayak and use the 53rd Ave ramp to launch, then dock at your beach house! Explore and fish the beautiful Cherry Grove channels. Ride bikes, rent kayaks and gas powered golf carts (as no accesible power outlet outside) from the local shop and ride to the boat ramp, nature trail or just around Cherry Grove Beach.

Renter must be at least 25 years of age and must stay at the residence during the rental period.
No groups allowed under the age of 25 even with an adult chaperone. No high school or college groups allowed.
Please do not take any linens, blankets, throws or towels out of the house for beach use.
