Located just a brief 5-minute drive from the vibrant heart of Downtown Gatlinburg and only 3 miles from the entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park, this cabin provides easy access to both exciting attractions and peaceful mountain surroundings.

During the warmer months, guests can enjoy access to the resort's kid-friendly seasonal swimming pool, open May through September and conveniently located just two doors down from the cabin. The Black Bear Falls community also offers 24-hour surveillance and year-round maintenance, allowing you to relax and enjoy your stay with added peace of mind.

Step outside onto two spacious decks overlooking the tranquil duck ponds and nearby bird-feeding areas. Inside, the cabin features three levels of well-appointed living space and three King sleeping areas, each with access to its own private full bathroom. Please note that one of the King sleeping areas is located in an open loft-style bedroom and is not fully enclosed with four walls and a door.

The main level welcomes you with vaulted ceilings, a gourmet kitchen featuring granite countertops, and a spacious living room with a seasonal gas fireplace, available October 1 through April 1, and a 65-inch Roku TV. Whether you are enjoying a home-cooked meal in the dedicated dining area, relaxing beside the fireplace, or gathering on the expansive deck for breakfast, this cabin provides the perfect setting for unforgettable moments.

A six-person hot tub located on the main-level deck offers the ideal place to unwind after a full day of mountain adventures. The game room, complete with a pool table, 58-inch Roku TV, and sleeper sofa, provides additional space for entertainment and relaxation.

Please note: The cabin is supplied with linens and bath towels. We only supply a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap & liquid, and bath bar soap. You are then responsible for said items during the remainder of your stay.

We will send you a link to our "Boarding Pass" guest portal via text message, where you can securely upload your ID and a matching selfie. Once these are completed, you will receive access to the property guidebook. Your reservation is confirmed only after we receive the signed agreement and valid ID.**
