Miami Spice is a great place to stay for business trips or vacation with ceiling speakers throughout the general areas of the property. Central AC, Kitchen has Stainless Steel Samsung appliances, new utensils & silverware and a pantry. Washer & dryer area in garage. Entertainment room has 70-inch Smart TV. Office is a private dedicated workspace great for work, study and/or business meetings. All 3 bedrooms have Queen/Full sized beds with freshly washed linen. Both bathrooms will be stocks with toiletries, towels & wash cloths and have new appliances and marble floors.

We gave this 3 stars based on location and host response to the futon i couldn't find. The description says futon there is no futon there are twin matresses that you lay on the floor and search for bedding in a closet that is full of clothes.

We were a bit early for check in which was okay we were going to just wait outside. Upon arrival to the property we noticed that we were smacked dead in the Hood! Which pissed us off we are from out of town we can easily get robbed the house looks like the best house on the block! The owners are inside cleaning but what we didn’t like was they had the sheets and towels for the property hanging outside on this dirty fence and rusty poles close to the ground how nasty and un sanitary! They have all this stuff on the side of the house. My family and I never made it inside we booked a hotel !

The home was a great price. The location was not in the best neighborhood but the stay was uneventful. The area was quite. I would recommend a new living room rug, the area rug was really dirty and needs to be thrown out. The refrigerator was not cleaned out from previous guest. This home has potential to be great with a little TLC and a better housekeeper. After getting the home codes there was no more communication from the host. He didn't reach out to see if we needed anything or to see if we were comfortable with the home.

Nice little house

We stayed at the home for 1-night as we awaited our cruise the next day. The home was nice, but there were ants in the kitchen & dining room. I notified the host, who was extremely nice & very responsive. We would stay again.

Nice Spot!

My family and I stayed here the night before our cruise. The property was very spacious, clean and comfortable and perfect for the five of us. The street the house is on was very quiet!

Smooth Check in/out

Clean and comfortable home. After checking out I realized I left my phone behind, after returning to the location to retrieve my phone, We could not access the home, the owner was very responsive and reset the access code immediately allowing me to get my phone. Much Appreciated!

Convenient location

This property worked well for us. We needed to go to the airport aa couple times and also needed to be near the University of Miami campus, so this was perfect. We also needed 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which this property has. Plenty of space to sit and relax when we had down time. The home was clean and had everything we needed.

Girls Trip

It was very close to the airport. It was exactly as pictured. Very clean. Very easy check in and check out process. My sister accidentally left her insulin in the refrigerator and the owner paid priority shipping to send it back to me. I would definitely stay here again.
