I wanted to like this stay due to the great location, but the whole house reeked of cigarettes. My group and I tried airing out the house and putting up with it, but the stench in the back bedrooms was very bad. We were all getting nauseous. We had to relocate. The owner refused to refund our stay. Vrbo customer service is very poor. The host told us the previous tenants smoked in the house. While the host did offer to have cleaners come by the next day, we had already had to book a last minute different stay. The house was unprepared for our arrival. That cigarette smell would not come out in a day.

The house was great for myself, my husband, and 4 friends. Everything was very clean and it was easy to find. Within walking distance to many things including a nice shopping center and less than 15 minute uber drive to a large amount of restaurants and clubs in wynwood.

It was clean. Smaller than the pictures listed. The roosters OMG!!!!!!! Im glad it was just 1 night. The location of the property was in the ghetto and I will never book it again.

Good for a crash pad

This is a much older house in an older neighborhood that is in the process of gentrification. There is a lot of trash in the neighborhood and there lots of interesting people. However, the house is clean and adequate for a short stay. The hosts must have a problem with parties because they were very concerned and required to see my ID, requested credit card info, and demanded I sign an additional contract. I would not stay here for a vacation but it was perfect for a few hours so we could sleep and shower!

Excellent location in the heart of Miami neat everything

Perfect for my family of 6 for a couple of days in Miami prior to a weekend in the Keys. Location is ideal in Wynwood - 15 minutes from anywhere you wish to go (airport, South Beach, little Havana, Coral Gabled, U of Miami, etc) and walking distance to Arts district. Host communicated well, the place was clean and beds were very comfortable and kitchen was set up nice for anyone staying longer than a few days. Highly recommended.

Our driver recommended we not stay in this area. We switched to a hotel room.Very scary people walking around!

Overall nice

Things were as listed and clean. Parking for multiple vehicles within the property.At first sight neighborhood looks questionable, but no problems at all. Good location with short distance to interesting places in Wynwood.The neighbor's roosters was difficult to overcome in the early mornings (most of us ended up sleeping with earplugs).

Just what we needed for 1 night before cruising

Property isn’t in the best neighborhood, but it was close to airport and cruise port. Unit smelled a little musty. Unit was tidy, beds were clean, but everyone’s feet/socks were black from walking around the unit. We only stayed one night after flying into Miami and before leaving on a cruise. In short, I’d stay here again for another night, but would look for something else if vacationing in Miami, and not just passing through.
