Modern and comfortable.

Very modern space that is bigger than the pictures show. Owner was very pleasant and even offered early check in for free. Would definitely stay here again.

This little apartment was called a little slice oh heaven. That is the perfect name. It is clean, well stocked. From the deck you can see the beautiful Bay and enjoy the sunsets.So much better than a hotel room! We enjoyed our time. We will be back again

A great place!

This home was a perfect location for us to relax after working in the area all day. It was clean and comfortable and fit our need perfectly. The owner was amazing to work with. Will stay here again if we are in the area.

Perfect for 2 couples!

Beds are firm and nice clean new building/appt. Loved looking out at the docks and hearing the birds. Nice to lounge on front deck with the view.

Winchester Bay Fishing

This is a new apartment that was very comfortable. The beds were comfortable. We had a few minor issues but it did not impact our stay. The homeowner was available to us as needed. I would recommend staying at this location.

The best place!

Our family comes out to Winchester Bay every summer. This was by far the best property we have stayed at. We loved it and made wonderful memories as a family once again. Will definitely stay here again. We also rented the house next to this place for the rest of our family. This place was great along with the main house. Frank was great to work with! Thank you!

Immaculate, lovely apartment!

Owners are very friendly and accommodating! We stayed in this upstairs apartment. Worked perfectly for us since our friends were in the rental home next door. This is a lovely 2 bedroom apartment! We will definitely return again if it is available.

First Oregon coast trip

Communication before arrival was excellent, as others have stated though it was not cleaned. Called the numbers I had for host but it took a couple hours for him to get back with us. He did get the cleaning lady to come clean. Since our days were busy with exploring, we found that the neighbors on both sides were late night folks. We were there over a weekend which might have been the cause of that?

Sweet Little House with a great view

Our family of 3 adults found this house to be perfect for our stay. The deck and sunset views were amazing. Small front room, but the deck made it more spacious. We didn't mind the stairs since they had a good hand rail. The neighbors were very quiet. We plan on coming back to this house.

There seem to be some confusion between VRBO and the host. We showed up and I had to contact the host to get access to the property. Frank did not know we were coming. He quickly provided me with the access code. Evidently the people who clean after someone leaves didn't realize the place was booked so the place had not been cleaned. Frank quickly responded to that as well. People who stayed previously left it in really nice condition. I only giving it less stars because I have not been cleaned and I did not have the access code. But the response by the house took care of everything. Overall the place is beautiful. Everything was new and wonderful. Frank handled everything beautifully.
