AccĂšs direct aux dunes de cette magnifique maison de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains situĂ©e au-dessus de l'embouchure de la riviĂšre Umpqua et de l'ocĂ©an Pacifique. DĂ©tendez-vous dans le bain Ă  remous privĂ© avec une vue imprenable Ă  180 degrĂ©s. La maison est bien meublĂ©e et trĂšs confortable pour un sĂ©jour de quelques nuits Ă  un mois. Il existe de nombreuses activitĂ©s dans la rĂ©gion immĂ©diate pour en profiter. De l'accĂšs en VTT aux dunes, Ă  la pĂȘche, au crabe et au peignage de plage. Les restaurants locaux sont Ă  800 mĂštres et l'aĂ©roport le plus proche est Ă  32 kilomĂštres. Il y a un magnifique patio, terrasse et foyer pour votre utilisation et votre plaisir pendant votre sĂ©jour avec nous.

The place had a substitute cleaner we learned after calling the owner so some grace has to be given. The home really smelled up on check-in, freezer had spilled food in it, cupboards had spills down them. They sent a cleaner in the next morning. The main issue I had was a charge to me for a repair that should never have been necessary had the correct steps been taken to secure a ship's captains wheel to the wall over the kitchen table with more than hooking it over one drywall screw. I just lifted my purse on the table next to the wall and bumped it. It could have been a child under there when it fell. I did call them immediately when I broke it. There was mold in the main bedroom, something I haven't seen at numerous other Coastal homes I've rented over the years. I've included pictures so that no one thinks I'm exaggerating

Such a beautiful spot and view! The house itself was great, there wasn’t a ton of activities to do in town for toddlers. But we made the best of our visit!

Dune riders

Great place to stay if you wanna ride the dunes enjoy the sunset and the amazing views from every room in the house!The hot tub was a bonus . The house is very nice and the hosts are very nice and easy to deal with. And it’s fun to stand in the yard and watch the RV campers load and unload stuff !

First time to the dunes

The place was great and had an amazing view. The only thing was the driveway was very steep and the turn around at the top was very small. However, Anthony and Haley reached out to me as soon as I booked to let me know this and make sure I could turn around which was very helpful. If someone isn't very familar pulling a trailer and backing up I wouldn't suggest bringing a trailer into this spot. On a different note the ride in and ride out of the dunes was awesome! There also was food in the marina very close by. I would definitely stay here again!

View beyond our expectation

We enjoyed our stay at the Healy Hideaway. The view was lovely, the space was cozy and convenient. Great Ammenities, all we needed. On our stay, we enjoyed fishing and crabbing., and exploring Lake Marie, lots of yummy food, and just hanging with family. Thank you for hosting. ❀

Comfortable house made us feel at home

We enjoyed the fresh baked cookies and taffy on arrival. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We like that they provided fans for each room. The hot tub was nice, and the views are amazing. The only thing we would change would be to widen the parking spaces for trailers.

Myself, my 4 boys and my sister and her daughter stayed and had a wonderful time. This house has a BEAUTIFUL view from the cliff side and a very short walk or drive to the bay or the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding Vacation!

Spot is great. Dune access was amazing. Loved the views from the back yard and hanging out on the grass. Neighbors are great too! Plan for trailers when bringing them to this location. Its tight but doable with both entry/exits. Cant wait to visit again!

The view from this house is a delight. The yard is well kept and there are different spaces outside where you can sit to get out of the wind. Owners came right out to greet us.

This home is on a half an acre up on a hill with scenic ocean and Umpqua river views. It is extremely private with front and back grass lawn and outdoor eating area, firepit and hot tub! It has easy access to the beach and dunes for riding walking and enjoying all the area has to offer.

This property is close to the Oregon Dunes, Lake Marie, Umpqua River and historic Umpqua Lighthouse. Our property is ride in ride out for the most epic dunes on the west coast complete with sand trail leading from the house to lighthouse road.
