The apartment has all imaginable amenities along with a phenomenal location. Cafes and bakeries surround the Pearl, as well as a view looking into one of the main streets. Further, there is natural light year-round with proximity to the liveliness of the city through the first floor location.

Our mission is to make your stay fabulous, and this is one of the best places to do so.
The space
A spacious 45 sq. meter one bedroom apartment serves as inspiration for a truly open-space floor plan coupled with tall ceilings and particular design that compliments the historic heart of the city. Designed and curated to provide an experience that will solidify the very best of Croatia. We know that you will enjoy the Pearl as much as we enjoyed designing it. Additional note, currently, there is construction occurring in downtown Zagreb due to the earthquake a couple of years ago and it may or may not happen during your stay you can possibly experience some construction noise. However, our double pane windows and shutters do a good job of eliminating the noise and we hope it will not be of disturbance.
Guest access
The neighborhood is perfect for getting out there and exploring the marvels that this gorgeous city has to offer. Given that you are able to step out and become lost in the urban and filled to the brim with activities center.

Wonderful

Everything about the Downtown Pearl is top notch. The location can’t be beat as it is right in the center of the amazing town of Zagreb. Anything you need is in the apartment and communication is excellent. We slept very comfortably and enjoyed our stay very much.

Zagreb visit

The appartment was very well located for all of the attractions we wanted to visit. It was also spacious, clean and very tastefully furnished. The musically themed decor was also much appreciated.

Perfect Apartment

This was one of the most amazing stays I have l had so far. The host was very attentive, fun and thoughtful. Check in directions were clear and easy to follow. The host provided a variety of teas, coffees and complimentary treats. The decor and equipment of the apartment is thoughtfully planned to provide comfort, convenience, and a luxury feel. The kitchen equipment exceeded all of our expectations. Furthermore, the entire apartment was very clean and cozy. Lastly, the location of the apartment is unbeatable. The Downtown Pearl is the place to stay when visiting Zagreb.

Love it!

The Downtown Pearl is a real gem. I was highly impressed with the design, equipment and appliances in the apartment. The apartment is newly decorated, very neat and comfortable. The host is extremely friendly, thoughtful and professional. Further, the superb location is another highlight, directly in the strict city center but yet very calm and quiet. I could not have asked for a better stay.
