Would book again in a heartbeat!!

Wow!! What a great unit and a great property. The owner was super-responsive and attentive. The unit was amazing - tons of room and well furnished. Having the pool steps away from the patio was so convenient. View of Lands End from the patio. And Estancia is a great property. It was nice enough to stay there & not leave, but when we did leave the location was great - we quickly learned we could easily walk to most restaurants. I would book this unit and property in a heartbeat!!

Great accommodations

Thank you to Richard for accommodating us with a late check out. With a family medical emergency and a doctor on call at the resort, we were well taken care of. Kids really enjoyed the ground floor for pool and beach access…nice not to have elevators to deal with! Gracias to all.

really great place, good food. couple things to be aware of, kids can't throw anything so its a little boring at the pools for teens and drinks are not included in the $89/day all inclusive price, which is strange as other people there were allowed to pay a little more and get drinks included.

This was a perfect vacation with the location and amenities being more than we expected.

This was a perfect condo for our family with teens and adults. The location is spot on with direct access to the beach and pool! The views are absolutely breathtaking and the service of all the staff has been awesome!! Easy access to Walmart/Costco downtown and marina for escursions! We loved our entire stay!!

Perfection!

We could not have been more pleased with this property. The owner responded quickly to any questions we had and ensured that everything was ready for us when we arrived and well maintained while we were there. The location itself was fabulous. The resort is quieter than it's neighbors. Very relaxing! This unit is close to the beach and a few steps form the pool. There are about three miles of beach to explore. It is rather busy as you head towards town, but practically abandoned going the opposite direction. The swimming conditions were first rate. The unit itself is beautifully maintained and quite elegant. It has a well appointed kitchen, a washer and drier and easily accommodated our group of 8. The patio has a latched gate so you don't have to worry about the little kids making a break for the pool. The staff are extremely courteous and friendly. The food at the resort is very good, but can be a bit on the expensive side. Downtown Cabo is a thirty minute walk or $9 taxi ride away.

Paradise in Cabo San Lucas

This villa home was perfect for our pre-wedding time in Mexico. My grandsons loved being able to go to the pool everyday! Rick was a fabulous host.

Family Vacation

This was our 1st family vacation together as a new family. I have 2 kids, my boyfriend has 2 and together we have a baby. All together it's a family of 7! Ages run from 16 , 12, 12, 7 and 1. We also invited the Grandma's from each side, a total of 9 travelers. We all loved it! It was clean, spacious and relaxing. . We really enjoyed ourselfs.

Fantastic Spot!

We had the best stay at the Villa. This property is a great location and everything is there within reach. The resort is perfect, and especially great for kids. Al the staff were so friendly and helpful. There was lots of security at the resort so we felt very safe. Cabo is a wonderful place! Note that one of the master bedrooms does not have a pull out sofa as indicated.

Excellent choice for a quiet vacation

We have been vacationing here for eight years and enjoy the atmosphere at Villa La Estancia. It offers a beautiful view of the arch from the property. We have access to all three properties and their amenities during our stay. The pools are large and well kept. Location to the beach is perfect for our grandchildren to play and adults to walk. The staff is very friendly and professional. Cab rides are inexpensive and short, but access to restaurants and the harbor is within walking distance. We plan to return for many years. Our only complaint is that there is no place for kids to throw a ball or play games.

Our holiday accommodation at La Estancia, 3103, was elegant and authentic . We were greeted by our own personal concierge, Liliana. She was wonderful and helped us feel like we were part of her family. She helped us get a reservation at a great restaurant in town and set us up with an exciting jet ski adventure. The villa is spacious, clean, and having 4 bathrooms was perfect. The 2 master bedrooms each offered private jacuzzis for an extra special touch. It was also perfect to have a scheduled housekeeping service to ensure we has everything we needed. Also wanted to note that there was a pull out bed in the living room that we thought we needed but ended up not needing. We just returned and happy to say we are already booked for next year.

Great villa for families

We loved being on the ground floor with direct access to the pool. With grandchildren, many trips are made in and out during the day. The three bedrooms are perfect for our family. WiFi Service and Sky TV made our stay very enjoyable when we were not at the pool or beach. It is a great property and we look forward to renting it again next year for a third time. Restrictions on tossing a ball in the pool were unexpected this year. Perhaps designating one pool for children could be considered. Playing on the grass is also prohibited.

Beautifully-manicured resort with a very well-designed pool that suits all ages. The location of this particular unit is amazing, particularly if you plan to use the pool a lot. Wonderful experience.

Perfect Condo

This was our first time in Cabo. Villa La Estancia is a beautifully maintained resort. We were welcomed in the villa by Oscar with guacamole, salsa and margaritas which was an awesome surprise and delicious! Oscar also gave us some suggestions in town and said we could call him anytime. Villa 3103 was in a great location on the ground floor right off the pool so we had patio access to our condo. Pool noise never seemed to be a concern. The ocean view was spectacular! We were close enough to walk down the beach to the beachside restaurants- The Office, Mango Deck, etc or to town. A cab ride was $9 for 4 ppl. $2 per additional person. Overall, the condo was a great place to stay and we look forward to booking again in the future.
