Do not stay at this property !!!

Let me tell you about our stay at this property ! April 16 we booked our stay here at Calafia condos for Tuesday thru Friday and later added a extra day .. I got a message soon after thanking for me booking and them needing a list of names of who will be staying at the property I gave the list of 6 names . Soon arriving at the property we picked but two local family members to go to dinner with us . The security at the gate confirmed we have 6 stay at the condo and explained if 8 people stay we will be charged for the two extra .. I explained only 6 would be staying and the other two wouldn't be .. I wrote to the host as I was there at the gate explains the 6 are staying and the two extra would not be .. two days into our stay he finally responded back to me and said if any extra people stayed the condo would fine me .. here we are a week and half later after getting home and I get charge 200.00 saying because we had extra people which is false .. this host lied to Vrbo saying he only knew 4 was staying and the 200.00 was for the two that I sent to him on the say I booked the condo ... they never communicated there was a problem or we could have handled it prior to us leaving home .. Vrbo has done nothing but listen to the host when I have the messages to prove my side of this story .. the hot tubes were cold and advertised as working condition .. just beware booking this condo you will get scammed after you leave

Born in Los Angeles, and a long-time Las Vegas resident! Now full-time living in beautiful Rosarito! I'm passionate about traveling, experiencing new cultures, and creating new opportunities. I spend most of my time leading our property management team and taking care of guests but in my free time, you'll find me at the beach, taking photos, or having some fresh seafood. I love all water-related things and know some of the best spots to discover, see marine life, and chill out on sandy beaches - don't be shy to ask for recommendations!
