Great place to stay

The house was great. Nathan communicates very well and made the check in process very smooth. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

Amusement Park Mania

This was the beginning of our Six Flags/Cedar Fair run! We have season passes and are making a summer of it! Ride or bust! This was a perfect place to stay! 10 out of 10! Would reccomend!

This was a very clean, spacious, and well-maintained property! The neighborhood was great and so close to shopping, grocery, parks, restaurants, etc. Our proprietor (Nathan) was very friendly and helpful! It was also easily accessed from and to the highways. We will be back!

Great Rental!!!

We stayed here to visit family who were local & to attend a celebration of life. The house was very clean & the management was great. We highly recommend this house & plan to come back again in the future.

Ballwin Family Stay

The property was extremely clean and host Nathan responded quickly and succinctly. The TV was easy to navigate and all the appliances seemed brand new. There were plenty of perfectly folded white towels and the granola bars, bottled water and iced tea were a nice touch.

Very nice property

We really enjoyed our stay. Nice large home with plenty of room on the main level and in the mostly finished basement too. Close to shopping, groceries, parks, and green spaces. We came in to town for a family wedding and our stay went smoothly. Check in and check out were easy. Will stay again!

Great home for our family to gather!

My brother, sister and I stayed in this home 3 days for a memorial in Webster Groves. The home was very clean and organized. Three bedrooms upstairs with two bathrooms. A third bathroom was downstairs. The neighborhood was safe and friendly, and near a great park for walking - Castlewood State Park. Nathan was very easy to contact for any questions. Would definitely stay again, if in the area!

Great house with lots of space

This house worked great for our weekend. The basement with a full bathroom was really helpful. Communication was great with the owner-very quick responses! And in a beautiful neighborhood.

Perfect get away in Ballwin

The house was perfect and beautiful and met all our needs while visiting my mother-in-law who is in a nursing home close by. It's convenient to so many restaurants, shopping and more. Nathan, our host, was amazing and whatever we needed he was there! We hope to be back again in 2024!

Fantastic rental

This was an amazing stay. The house is bigger than expected and super clean. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with ample parking. The pool table and work desk downstairs were an added bonus. We were thrilled to see a picnic table outside and were visited by deer and a kitty. ❀ Nathan was a great host and we look forward to booking again.

Fantastic House

This is our second stay with Nathan (different house), he's quick to respond, the home wonderfully stocked. Beds are comfortable, appreciate the availability of using the garage since it was cold while we were there. Location was great for our needs, convient to the city. House is large and would accomidate a large family. Just the two of us we close open doors to keep cleaning down after our stay. Highly recommend if you're going to be in the area.

Attentive Host

We were a bunch of seniors who didn't know each other but all traveling in for a mutual friends wedding. I asked for lawn chairs vs. just the picnic table and Nathan graciously bought new ones and had them on the property. He checked in frequently to see if we needed anything. The home is very comfortable, clean in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We had a great time!

Wonderful stay in Ballwin

We had a great stay and couldn’t have been happier. The property was very clean and well cared for, and the owners were very responsive if any questions arose about items we could use in the house or things to do for check in and check out. If I need another long stay rental in the area I will definitely try to book this one again!
