Berra Park is right outside the front door with a playground for your little ones. The smell of the very best Italian cuisine is in the air. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, grocery stores, a piazza, and gelato! Even a pet eatery for the fur babies! One of the most walkable and family and pet friendly neighborhoods in St. Louis and you are going to love it!

We have stayed here many times, it is always spotless. Everything is so comfortable & kitchen is wonderful for making meals or simply eating food from the many delicious restaurants all within walking distance. The house & fenced yard are perfect. It's nice to simply relax on front porch or back deck. Can't wait to come again. Thanks!!

Everything was so clean. Host responded quickly. My husband was able to walk the neighborhood with his walker. Loved that amenities and restaurants were so close.

The home was beautifully updated and very comfortable. The location was fabulous and within an easy walk to so many restaurants and markets--and an amazing bakery. Lisa was very accommodating and prompt to answer our questions. She has really thought of everything you could want or need, including treats for pets. Our stay was a great reminder of the hospitality of St. Louis, my home town.

The kitchen is wonderful for cooking and reheating, we have done both. Has all top notch utensils and appliances. The yard is excellent for our pets and it is safe. Also the neighborhood is super pet friendly and walking is so enjoyable in this neighborhood.TV entertainment is great, many channels to choose from, beds comfortable as well as the living room area. Bathrooms are always spotless. We continue to keep coming back to this house for all these reasons.

Great location to many restaurants and bakeries! We also could walk across the street to take our grandchildren to the park-so much fun!! The home was super clean and fully stocked-we had everything for a perfect stay!!

We love this place, it's very comfortable and a great location. The fenced yard is wonderful for our dogs. It is always clean and the kitchen is great to cook meals with everything you need to feel like home. The neighborhood is great for walking. We can't wait to stay her again.

Beautiful house that looks exactly like the photos. Lisa has thought of EVERYTHING that can make a vacation perfect. The neighborhood is in an area where you can walk to lunch or dinner. Also, everyone walks in this part of town which makes it feel super safe. We highly recommend this rental if you're going to St. Louis. It was about 5 miles from any attraction that we visited.

Great for family with young kids

Great location to be close to the zoo, downtown, and other kid activities. The park next to the property and walkable restaurants and treats were great too. The property had everything we needed for the kids - playroom toys, books, kids plates, shampoo, etc. great stay!

Gem on the Hill!

Words can’t express how amazing this adorable VRBO is, or how fabulous the neighborhood is! The home is so clean, decorated cute, and has everything in it to make it homey. We thoroughly enjoyed coffee on the porch and drinks on the back deck. It was so fun to walk to the nearby restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and bakeries. A wonderful Catholic Church is also close and it was so enjoyable walking to Mass Sunday morning. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. We would 1000% stay here again and can’t recommend this place enough. Additionally, Lisa was so easy to work with and responded immediately to any questions. Hope we can return some day!

Great place in The Hill

We have been coming to St. Louis quite regularly while our son attended college at Webster University. Found this gem a little late, but loved the location and the home. We will definitely stay again. Walking distance to so many quaint Italian restaurants and a bakery. Quick drive to local attractions too.

Perfect little house

Happy on the Hill

This Property was outstanding, clean, comfortable, great lighting, kitchen utensils and a fantastic welcome basket for us and our dogs. This is one of the best VRBO's that we have stayed in that also considers all that you need for your dogs. The location was awesome, walking distance to everything you would need or want to sample & enjoy the "Hill" in St. Louis. Can't wait to stay again.

A perfect place!

Stayed here for a few days with my son, the house was perfect for us! The Hill is an incredible neighborhood, safe, amazing food, great people!Everything in the house was top-notch and totally met or exceeded my expectations. Great stay on the Hill

Nicely decorated with plenty of accommodations and extras...even snacks for my fur baby. So pet friendly - blankets for the furniture, towels for dirty paws, extra poop bags. Loved the stay!

Christmas on The Hill

Our stay at the Heart of the Hill during Christmas was amazing! As native St. Louisans we were thrilled to return to the vibrant Hill neighborhood. Its central location near The Missouri Botanical Garden, Forest Park, major highways and delicious restaurants and coffee shops (within walking distance)was perfect. Our host Lisa was very accommodating especially on Christmas Day. The home is lovely with updated bathrooms, wood floors, and top of the line kitchen appliances. The parking pad in back was an added bonus. I highly recommend staying here when visiting St. Louis!

Amazing Location/Best Property Manager

This is the absolute cutest house I've stayed in. It was so clean and adorable. The Hill is a fantastic neighborhood and the location of this house puts you in walking distance to all the best spots for coffee, food and drinks! The property manager answered all messages promptly and worked with me on dates and check-in. I would love to come back to this spot again!

Nice clean and comfortable. Great host. Nice and quiet. We rented for our crew and family it was a great hotel alternative. Walking distance to food and groceries. private parking was a plus.

Perfect St. Louis Stay!

This house has everything you need for a relaxing stay in St. Louis. The house was clean and had everything you could ever need to survive the week including some extra things that made the kids smile. We did not have any pets but it was pet ready as well. The neighborhood is super safe in the Italian district. There are restaurants on EVERY CORNER and they are all amazing. There is a playground right by the house that we went to every day to play. It was a very quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again!
