Enjoy a beautiful, newly remodeled condo - perfectly located on Spring Street! We offer a free designated off street parking and we’re walking distance to all of the action downtown!

You’ll have the entire Suite to yourself! We’ll provide check-in instructions with the property address and door code on the day before check-in. There are two hot tubs and fire pits on the property for your enjoyment.

We are here to answer any questions you may have! We’ll also give recommendations on our favorite places to visit while enjoying our beautiful town.

We are located in a safe neighborhood in the Historical District in Downtown Eureka Springs.

We are walking distance to the downtown shops and restaurants. There is a local taxi service, as well as Uber on the weekends. We also have a trolly that you can ride for a fee, to get a tour of the town.

For larger groups, inquire about booking multiple suites or the entire property. If it is available then we are happy to accommodate.

This place was very nicely renovated. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the shower was great. We liked having a full-size refrigerator and small kitchen. The packaged snacks provided were delicious. The only thing to make it even better would be a roomier, comfortable couch for down time. We liked having the assigned parking space. Would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay! The room was so well done, clean and inviting, and very comfortable. It’s walking distance to the shops and has its own parking. The bed was very comfortable and even on a 104 degree day, the temperature was perfect!

As others have said, the property is within walking distance to downtown. The free parking and free laundry were also big pluses. The kitchen was very complete for a studio, including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. What I didn't see mentioned is that four of the units (A, B, E, and F) require 19 steps to reach. While this wasn't an issue for me, it likely would be for someone with mobility issues.

The host was helpful, informative and very accommodating. The stay is in a prime location with easy access to everything a visitor would want to experience. The restoration to this historic property was lovely, with a clean, modern interior. It is now my favorite spot to stay when visiting ES.

Wonderful stay, wonderful location. We walked everywhere- be prepared for hills (in all of Eurika Springs). The building was beautiful and so clean and taken care of. The outdoor area was a great place to hangout. I’ll be back!!

It was a very charming place only downfall was a bit of noise from the street and noisy neighbors . Which is no fault if the owners . I would definitely stay again in spite of it

The suite was comfortable, and we absolutely loved the location for walking everywhere. The only thing that could be addressed would be the bed, it was sagging a lot in the middle and was kind of uncomfortable, but we loved everything else.. Thank you for your hospitality!
