Enjoy the finest of furnishings and amenities, including two jetted hot tubs for ultimate relaxation. Get a taste of the high life and book your stay in this truly magnificent destination!

Enjoy a beautiful, newly remodeled condo - perfectly located on Spring Street! We offer a free designated off street parking and we’re walking distance to all of the action downtown!

You’ll have the entire Suite to yourself! We’ll provide check-in instructions with the property address and door code on the day before check-in. There are two hot tubs and fire pits on the property for your enjoyment.

We are here to answer any questions you may have! We’ll also give recommendations on our favorite places to visit while enjoying our beautiful town.

We are located in a safe neighborhood in the heart of Historical Downtown Eureka Springs.

We are walking distance to the downtown shops and restaurants. There is a local taxi service, as well as Uber on the weekends. We also have a trolly that you can ride for a fee, and get a tour of the town.

For larger groups, inquire about booking multiple suites or the entire property. If it is available then we are happy to accommodate.

Perfect location, great off street parking, quiet with everything we needed. Host was just a text away and communication was easy. The hot tub was fantastic and having the robes and tub towels was a huge plus.Hope to come back soon.

Aspen, our host, was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions. The view from our balcony was spectacular with beautiful fall foliage and the Christ of the Ozarks statue. We’re looking forward to visiting again next Fall. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect for what we were looking for. Close enough to walk downtown to explore all of the sites and restaurants. Will be staying here again when we come back.

Very clean, comfortable, updated, and great location. We loved having a dedicated parking spot and the balcony was a great addition. One recommendation is to add hooks in the bathroom to hang towels. We believe the kitchen sink may have been leaking and had some mold under the sink but the owner said she would have it addressed. It was mildly humid in the rental, which was a bummer because all else was so good. Overall we would definitely stay there again.

Great property

The location of this property to the downtown area is great. The property was clean and well kept. In a town where parking is at a premium, this property was super with its own parking. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be staying there again. Staff is awesome. Accidently left some earrings called and staff went right over and found them. Can’t say enough good things about this VRBO property.

Clean and close to shops/dining

Great, clean condo on the 'outskirts' of downtown but still only 10 minute walk to the other side of town. Close to shops and dining. Parking is next to the building which was really convenient. Hot tub controllers malfunctioned a bit, but were still enjoyable. Counting the frogs on the property was fun! The only reason for the 4 stars was that the bed was rock hard and very uncomfortable which I feel is important to note.

We had the best time. We were able to walk about 7-10 min to most of the places we wanted to see/shop/eat. We left our car parked all weekend. Enjoyed a dip in the hot tub, the bed was very comfortable and apartment was quiet. We loved sitting on the large deck with a glass of wine. The unit was clean and updated, and we appreciated the water and snacks provided. Thanks so much, we will be back for sure!

The nicest place in Eureka!

Stunning renovation that feels more like a city loft and had luxury bedding. Hot tub was clean and property is in a perfect location. Dedicated off street parking is a bonus!

Cozy getaway

Our first quick trip to downtown Eureka Springs did not disappoint! Loved everything about your place. Bed was comfy, big shower, nice deck with a great view and the hot tub. Highly recommend!
