Private splash Pool and open plan living and kitchen areas make this a happy family space to spend time and relax. Location wise you are as close as you ever need to be to the main Parks and Resorts and will be pleased of the tranquility at this home when you return.

This home, with the large Fridge and Freezer is a self-catering paradise.
Kitchen appliances include a microwave oven, oven and stove and coffee maker.
Washer and Dryer included.
A bbq grill with a new propane tank can be delivered for your use for an additional fee. A grill is not included in the standard rental.
The pool in this home can be heated on request for an additional charge - this is recommended during winter, early spring and during cooler weeks in Summer. This includes spa heating to turn the bubbles into a steaming hot tub.
The pool heating for $40 a day plus tax with a minimum charge of $200 for under 5 nights.
Where pool heat is booked within 24hours of booking and at least 24 hours prior to arrival, there will be no additional activation fee beyond the daily hearing charge. Where booked later than this or closer to arrival, an activation fee may apply to enable attendance of a technician to turn the system on.

Serenity Townhomes is an eco-friendly resort community. Facilities on Serenity Townhomes include a solar-powered eco-friendly clubhouse, a communal pool, hot tub and a well-equipped gym.
Location
Serenity The Retreat is in Clermont, after travelling along the US192 (W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway) turn right to travel north up the US27. After 1 mile, and after driving past Walmart and Lowes stores at Cagans Crossings, turn right at the traffic lights on Woodcrest Way. Follow Woodcrest Way all the way through the communities of Clear Creek and Silver Creek. When you pass the sign for Silver Creek continue for another 650 yards before turning left into Serenidad Blvd and the community of Serenity.
How far is Serenity Townhomes to Disney and the parks?

The US192 is where you will also find Orlandoâs newest water park, Island H2o Live! which is just 15 - 20 Minutes away and Kissimmee Old Town, with its Fun Spot attractions at just a 25 - 30 Minutes drive from here.
Attractions on International Drive, including Ripleyâs, Wonderworks and Fun Spot America amusement park can be reached in about 35 - 40 Minutes.
The I-4 highway is nearby, meaning Busch Gardens is 70 - 75 Minutes away driving east towards Tampa and Kennedy Space Center is 75 - 80 Minutes away to the west. Floridaâs award-winning beaches, including Clearwater, Cocoa, Daytona and Siesta Key, can all be reached in as little as 100 - 105 Minutes from here.

The 24hr Walmart store at Cagans Crossing is on the US27, about a mile from Serenity. For other shopping requirements you could head to Posner Park, 11 miles south on the US27, or Rolling Oaks, 6 miles along the nearby US192. Bargain hunters looking for big names should head to Premium Outlets (Exit 68 on the I-4) which will take about 30 minutes to reach.
Nearest restaurants to Serenity Townhomes
Within a mile or so of Serenity you will find a Hurricanes restaurant, a couple of take-aways and a few independent restaurants within the Cagan's Crossing area. Alternatively head north up the US27 towards Clermont for a good selection with shorter waiting times than those of the same restaurants along the US192 which is a couple of miles south down the US27.
Nearest golf courses to Serenity Townhomes
Central Florida is renowned for its number of golf courses, both public and private, to suit all styles and abilities so you can be sure that whichever community you stay on, there will always be a golf course nearby. The nearest course to Serenity is Legends Country club just a few miles north up the US27 or you could head for the 3 courses at Orange Lake just along the US192.
