Bienvenue dans le centre de la Floride à son meilleur. Notre maison de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain avec piscine récemment décorée attend pour répondre à tous vos besoins de vacances. Situé à seulement 15 minutes des attractions de Disney, vous pouvez vivre tout cela - l'excitation de l'une des destinations de vacances les plus fascinantes du monde dans le confort de votre propre piscine privée. Notre maison lumineuse et spacieuse dispose de 3 chambres; 1 très grand lit, 1 grand lit et 2 lits jumeaux. Avec les 2 lits pliants, vous avez la possibilité d'accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes.
Notre cuisine entièrement équipée offre la possibilité de préparer un repas gastronomique, ou simplement prendre quelques collations au bord de la piscine et profiter de la sérénité de votre piscine clôturée et véranda. Le chauffage de la piscine à gaz est facultatif pour votre séjour mais nécessite un supplément. Nous suggérons la chaleur de la piscine à gaz de novembre à avril si vous prévoyez d'utiliser la piscine.
Les 2 salles de bains disposent d'une baignoire et d'une douche dans la baignoire secondaire et d'une douche de jardin dans la suite principale avec accès direct à la piscine. Quel que soit le type de vacances que vous désirez,
rapide et excitant, calme et serein ou quelque part entre les deux, les possibilités sont infinies.

We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning next year. The screened patio was perfect for sitting outside in the morning while enjoyed our coffee and the pool was warm and relaxing. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to find. The hosts were great. They provided little tidbits that help to make your stay even better, including tips to navigate the traffic and a shortcut to Disney.

Great stay in great location

We had a wonderful 5 days in Davenport, the house is great and was perfect for the purpose of our stay. Did lots of shopping, some parks and even went to Cocoa Beach. Restaurants and Supermarkets are close by and the area around is nice and quiet.

Perfect Villa

We really enjoyed our stay at this Villa, Jim & Bonnie are the perfect hosts and always put their guests first. The Villa is clean and welcoming, and is maintained to a high standard. We really felt at home here and wouldn't hesitate in rebooking :)

Exactly what we needed!

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay. The property was clean, spacious, and located in a quiet, lovely neighbourhood. It felt very safe and was incredibly convenient- just 25 minutes from Disney with plenty of amenities close by. The private pool was a fantastic bonus, and communication from Jim and Bonnie was exceptional throughout. It felt like home and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Comfortable and Convenient

We were extremely impressed since the minute we booked our stay here. Bonnie & Jim were very detailed and provided us with many different tips and even went above and beyond to provide a list of things we may need. Great Get A Way, Wish we had more time!

Jim and Bonnie (owners) made the entire experience a pleasure. Their welcome packet provided a lot of insight prior to our arrival which made being first time area visitors much easier to navigate. The home is close to everything Orlando has to offer yet sits in a very quiet neighborhood. Having the pool was a great way to unwind from a long day exploring. I look forward to staying there again during our next Orlando visit

Excellent Vacation Home!

The hosts were superb. They called me as soon as I booked the vacation to welcome me and answer any questions. They sent a packet about a month before my stay with all information I needed. The house was very clean and stocked full of anything we needed: towels, pool towels, dishes, cutlery, bedding. The electronics & wifi were user-friendly. Everything was awesome! I would return to this house on another vacation for sure!

Lovely Home

We really enjoyed our stay at Jim and Bonnie’s Davenport FL home! The house was clean and comfortable, the pool was fun for my boys to enjoy after a day at the park, and Jim was super responsive and a super kind host! The house has alarms on doors and windows to keep kids safe with the pool, there were starter items like shampoo and toilet paper and dishwasher tablets to get you started, and the home is real close to 192 with has any store or restaurant you would want or need. We really enjoyed our stay - thank you Jim & Bonnie!

The perfect location that is close to the action but miles from the crowds. Theme parks, golf courses, fine dining, and shopping and all within a short drive. A short walk away is beautiful Lake Davenport for fishing.
