La plage de Las Conchas est à 10 minutes du centre-ville de Rocky Point. Cette plage est à moitié rocheuse et à moitié sablonneuse. Il s'agit d'un espace réservé où nous avons de nombreux visiteurs en famille. Le meilleur endroit pour se détendre et profiter de la plage. Las Conchas a son propre personnel de sécurité.

La chambre principale de Casa Tres Amigas a un lit king size, la deuxième chambre a un lit queen et la troisième chambre a deux lits jumeaux. La maison est entièrement équipée avec tous les ustensiles de cuisine, barbecue à charbon de bois, A / C, canapé-lit et autres commodités. Décembre, janvier et février louez 2 nuits ou plus et obtenez-en une gratuite, sauf les jours fériés.

Cette grande maison avec vue sur la plage est à quelques pas de la plage. Il a une vue dégagée sur la plage, accès à la plage par le côté du terrain vide en face de la maison.

Great location

Located off of the beach but still has beach front view as no homes are directly in front of it. Path down to the beach is right by this property which is really convenient.

Casa Tes Amigas was a perfect place for our three generation family vacation.

The home was clean, comfortably furnished, close to the beach, and provided a nice view of the beach. We were able to watch porpoises hunting and feeding, pelicans and many other shorebirds from the porch and from the beach.Our grandkids had a great time on the beach as did we all. We would love to come here and stay at this home again.

Perfect getaway at the beach

The house is great. Perfect size. Clean & comfortable. Everything worked. It’s located across the street from an easy beach access. We would stay again and will certainly recommend it to friends and family.

Great for a second row house.

The house is great with beautiful and modern updates and comfortable accommodations. Unfortunately a lot of vehicle traffic outside the patio.

Spotless and Great Location

This house was a very pleasant surprise. We stay in Las Conchas multiple times a year, and it can be tricky to find a house small enough for 4 people or so. This house was just right for us! While the house is not technically beach front - it is very close - and the short walk is not steep. Wonderful. We will return soon.

Beautiful beach house

We loved our stay. We brought our dog for the first time and the house was a perfect set up. The large backyard had a high block wall so whatever size dog would be completely secure. The house was very nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Although the house is second row, the view was unobstructed and a very short distance to the water. Comfortable beds, updated, and clean. We will be back.

Great location

While the home sits on the second row, there is an open lot providing great views of the water. There is an upstairs deck that is perfect for morning coffee. The house was great. Clean, comfortable, with an open backyard where we parked our cars at night. The only issues were lack of toilet paper, towels and a tricky lock on the door. The lock is clearly broken and needs to be replaced. Regardless, I would definitely recommend this home.

Lovely home close to the beach

The house was nice and we really enjoyed our stay but there were some issues. The door to get in really needs the locks replaced as it was incredibly hard to get it unlocked and locked. We also got locked out once because of it. There was also a light out in one of the smaller bedrooms and none to replace it with. We really loved the spacious backyard, the beautiful kitchen and the proximity to the beach. We'll definitely be staying again.
