This chic two-level condo, nestled on a hill above the Milwaukee River, puts you just a 10-15 minute stroll away from the vibrant energy of North Ave, Brady St, and downtown—where the action is always happening.

This spacious and charming condo features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 gas fireplaces, in-unit laundry, Wi-Fi, and 2 flat-screen TVs, along with a generous 29x10 private porch, furnished with comfortable patio furniture. If you have any questions, don`t hesitate to reach out!

- Plenty of activities within walking distance, and Bubblr bikes are available for rent nearby.
- The Hop, Milwaukee’s streetcar system, is free, and the closest stop is about a 20-minute walk away.
- Uber and Lyft services are also readily available.

* Please Note:
- If you`re planning an event, please clear it with the host in advance, as additional charges may apply.
- While the view is exceptional, there may be some nighttime activity near the dead-end street. Though typically not disruptive, it`s worth noting there are often people around.
- The condo has been fully updated, but as an older property, sound may travel between units. You may hear the downstairs neighbors, and they may hear you. To be considerate, we ask that you keep noise to a minimum, particularly during late hours. If you’re planning a lively celebration, a hotel might be a better fit.

In the event of a cancellation, any processing fees incurred during the transaction are non-refundable as they are charged by the payment processor and not retained by us. - For your peace of mind, your stay is protected with Safely’s damage insurance! Just $10 per night gives you extra coverage, so you can relax and enjoy your time without worry.
- To complete your booking, all guests must sign a rental agreement.
- Stays longer than 30 days require a signed residential lease.
- Please do not tamper with any devices, internet connections, or exterior cameras.
- You`re welcome to use the charcoal grill outdoors. We don’t provide charcoal or lighter fluid, but feel free to use anything left behind by previous guests. Be sure to monitor the grill at all times while in use, and kindly clean it after use if you choose to grill.

* Hot Tub Rules & Guidelines:
Please take a moment to review these hot tub guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone:
- The hot tub is available daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- If you are pregnant, have heart conditions, high blood pressure, diabetes, or are elderly, please consult your physician before using the hot tub.
- We do not recommend hot tub use for young children. If permitted, minors must be supervised at all times.
- Water pH levels are tested within 24 hours of your stay to ensure they are safe.
- Please do not remove the chlorine dispenser—it’s time-released to maintain water safety.
- The temperature is set at 100°F, staying within the legal maximum of 104°F.
- Limit your soak to 15 minutes per session.
- No alcohol is permitted while using the hot tub—high heat can cause drowsiness and increase the risk of drowning.
- Rinse swimsuits with water before use; detergent can disrupt the water balance.
- After each use, please add a shock treatment (instructions provided).
- A $100 cleaning fee will apply if any soaps, bath products, food, or drinks (including alcohol) are found in the hot tub, as this requires full draining and sanitizing.
- No glass containers near or inside the hot tub. Broken glass will result in a $200 professional cleaning fee.
- Keep the cover on the hot tub whenever it`s not in use to maintain temperature and cleanliness.
- White particles in the water are normal—they’re bromide used to sanitize the hot tub.
* By using the hot tub, you agree to assume all responsibility and release the host, owner, and any affiliated parties from any claims, damages, or liabilities that may arise from its use, including injury, illness, or property damage.
