2 of my friends got engaged and we had an amazing time staying here. Comfortably fit our whole party. Very close to Wakullah state park too. Definitely would recommend and would stay here again.

Beautiful home

Large enough house for our family! Close to all your shopping needs! Wakulla Springs is a beautiful place to cool off and enjoy the outdoors. Tally is close for some great food!

Family Thanksgiving Visit

This house, overall property and neighborhood were absolutely spectacular! We enjoyed everything about it and communication with host prior to our arrival was excellent! We would definitely select Timber and Tides over and over again!

Shaun was really great. Had a work crew in the city and needed a place for them to commute easily. The house was clean and up to par. Shaun was very effective with his communicattion. Will definitely recommend.

Beautiful home

Amazing home with family atmosphere. Plenty of room to spread out, yet still feel part of any conversation. Host was very accommodating and incredibly responsive to phone calls and questions.

A home away from home

The home was a very nice home. It was clean, presentable, and comfortable. The communication with the owner was immediate and clear. My friends and I enjoyed the stay. If I ever come back to Tallahassee, I’ll be looking to stay here again!

Great Stay for our Needs

We came for our Niece's FSU graduation. Just needed a place for aunts and uncles. Perfect house in a quiet area. Clean and roomy. Excellent communication with the owner. He was very accommodating. Definitely recommend.

Roam to spread out

Loved the layout, design, decor and materials of the house. It was full of light, roomy and beautifully furnished. The scenery in the yard was picturesque. Staying here felt like a restful haven in the woods...very private and secure. The owner was attentive to all our needs. I would love to stay at this lovely home again and again.

Hi Denita and thanks for your review! We're glad you found our home to be comfortable and private. We found an HDMI cable plugged into the master bedroom TV that was causing it not to boot. Once removed it booted right up so we're glad we were able to figure that out. Take care and feel free to book anytime!

Awesome place

Property was as advertised. Friendly neighborhood. Great communication with the owner. Loved the welcome basket. Super clean. Spacious. Very comfortable throughout. Didn’t have time to use the backyard but it was large and nicely set up.

Nice stay

Lovely home & sub division as described, just not as clean as I’d prefer. Home could really stand out if cleaner, and not so sterile looking, like no rugs, no wall decor in bedrooms..we always travel with our own towels, so glad we did as these were horrible dinghy, stained, waffle looking things. Overall good stay just not cleaned properly.

Hi Calita, we will address the cleaning issues with our housekeeper. She normally does a great job! This is the first complaint we've had of our towels so we'll review that as well and see if we can find a better option. Was the wall decor as shown in our pictures? I'm hoping they haven't gone missing...

Incredibly comfortable!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The entire family was able to spread out and get comfortable (you could get lost in the couch). The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and almost luxurious. Additionally there was a nice little welcome basket when we arrived. Would have loved to have used the fit put out back but wasn’t there long enough. Unfortunately, my daughter just graduated and I won’t be coming back to Tallahassee. If I did, I would stay here when with my family or a large group.

Great home to spend time with family

My brother and I and our family’s stayed here to attend the FAU/UF game. The property is an easy drive to campus. It accommodates 9 easily. It was very clean and easy instructions. We appreciated the coffee and welcome basket. The giant couch is wonderful for accommodating a large group. Close to Publix. The towels were damp when we arrived but we just ran a load in the washer/dryer. This was a great property for our family. Thank you for your hospitality! (Thank you for the starter dish washer and washing machine soap.

Nice location, beds were poor quality for the money.

Good stay except the beds in the master bedroom and bunk beds were not good quality, typical IKea quality, noises rockery with any kind of movement. Master bed was missing a support leg under the bed making the bed unlevel. Owner acknowledged the problem but did not repair.

Robert, we appreciate your comments and normally get great feedback about the beds. I'm unsure what you meant by "owner did not repair" as you never requested that we come repair during your stay. We did repair it on the day you checked out. I apologize for not interpreting your feedback as an immediate need.
