You and up to eight (8) additional individuals may comfortably relax as you sit on the large wrap around porch of this complete renovation, overlooking the fishing haven of Spring Creek, while only minutes to PSU, Beaver Stadium, the Bryce Jordan Center or the restaurants of the quaint towns of Bellefonte or State College. The property boarders Fish & Wildlife lands, close to the walking/biking trails and is within walking distance to Fly Fisherman’s Paradise.

The large open concept first floor is perfect for your next gathering place no matter the time of year, boasting three (3) French doors that are able to be fully opened allowing the outdoor to come indoors! There’s a full equipped kitchen, offering extra seating at the island, as well as at the dining table that is large enough to comfortably seat your guests. There’s a half bath in the laundry room with access to a full-sized washer and dryer. An EV Charge Point+ 50amp station is available with advanced arrangement (usage fee and a personal credit card for charging apply).

The brick gas fireplace adds a coziness on cold nights. The wrap around porch’s ceiling fans will help cool you from the summer heat, while the wall mounted outdoor heaters will help take the fall evening chill off while enjoining the sounds of the stream helping you to unwind. Of course, there is the outdoor gas fire pit to sit around (three season availability) as you share the details of your day with family & friends.

The home sleeps nine (9) people comfortably, offering two (2) bedrooms and a large loft. Bedroom #1 has a queen-sized bed with a private full bathroom. Bedroom #2 has two (2) queen sized beds with its own full bathroom, as well as a private balcony to sit out and enjoy the stream. Up the ladder from the hallway is a large loft area with three (3) full sized beds and a chair that converts to a twin sized bed that’s perfect for hanging out watching TV or playing video games on those occasional rainy days in Central PA. The second floor has an additional full bathroom boasting an exceptionally large, fifty (50) gallon cast iron claw foot soaking tub and smart Bluetooth system. Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.

In the event of electrical power outage, an automatic whole-home generator and comprehensive home monitoring system ensures comfort and security throughout your stay. Please note, the security system includes outdoor audio / video recording devices. If not provided ahead of the stay, guests will receive a unique security code approximately thirty (30) minutes prior to check in time permitting access to the home. The code will remain active for the duration of the reservation and deactivate at the time of checkout. Please note the In-law quarters, garage and basement are not accessible to guests during the stay. On occasion the In-law quarters may be occupied with vehicle parking being the only shared space.
