Hampton's Retreat - Seas the Moment

Welcome to our spacious cape style home. It features four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs and a full bathroom on each floor. Two bedrooms have queen beds, one bedroom has two twin beds and one has a futon.
You are welcome to bring your own but we do provide plenty of linens, pillows, bath and beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. The house is overstocked with everything you need to make you feel at home. Our home is walking distance to the Bay, The Station Bar and Grill Restaurant, Rocky's Lobster Bar, and the Foster Avenue Playground. Hampton Coffee Shop just opened in 2025 and is right down the road (formerly The Green Door). The Ocean (Ponquogue Beach) is less than 2 miles away. The house has many amenities including internet, smart TVs, washer/dryer, gas grill, outdoor fire pit, outdoor shower, lawn games, and a detached garage. The backyard is very private and is fully fenced in. This is an ideal location if you want to visit the beaches, the vineyards, the outlets or just come and relax. The train station is just minutes away. Our home is perfect for a family vacation or a weekend getaway.

This is my second year in a row staying at Christine's house for Memorial Day Weekend. Her house is conveniently located close to the beach and town. The house is well stocked with everything we needed and plenty big enough for our group. We loved having the back yard to hang out and grill dinners at night.

Lovely home to spend a long weekend with the family

We had an amazing long weekend. The house is lovely, well entertained, so comfortable and clean, well located. The garden is beautiful and peaceful. The kitchen has everything you need and spacious! I totally recommend it for a few days with the family and/or with friends!

wonderful stay!

The house was very clean and in a quiet area. The kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed to cook meals. All the beds were comfortable and the AC/fans made a perfect temperature. The backyard was very large which my kids really appreciated. The home is less than a 5 minute drive to Ponquogue Beach and less than 10 minutes to local shopping centers and major high ways for travel to other attractions. What made this stay better than any other stay I've had at other properties was the timely and kind communication with the host.

Long weekend stay with friends

We stayed at Christine’s place for a long weekend with a group of friends. The house itself was perfect: clean, spacious, well equipped with everything we needed, and exactly as described. The house is well located, close enough to both the beach as well as the main town. The grill, large yard, and fire pit were great as well. I would recommend and would certainly stay again.

Wedding Bells

Great house, makes you feel you are at home. Second time renting it. Very clean, near beach and all go to locations tor fun. Family loves staying here. A must if looking to rent in Hampton Bays. Stay here for my nieces wedding for the weekend. Great time had by all.

50th Birthday Celebration

Loved everything about this property. Close to everything. House had ever amenity and was perfect for our family gathering. Owner was available when needed. Yard was huge for badminton, corn hole ladder toss etc. definitely recommend this property and may return next year.

I spent a month at Hampton’s Retreat in July. It is a well maintained house in a quiet neighborhood. The furnishings and beds are very comfortable and in good condition. The kitchen is large and well stocked with everything needed to prepare and serve meals for a large group. Check in and check out were extremely easy and Christine was always available during our stay to answer questions. The backyard is large and peaceful. We spent many mornings and evenings there. The house is a short drive to the beautiful ocean beach. We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning.

Perfect for us!

We are originally from the Hamptons and were so delighted with our stay. We were JUST west of the canal which equals less traffic! The house was much roomier than appears in photos and our host had EVERYTHING we could want and need for the stay. It was immaculate and well taken care of. The back yard is spacious and lush. Would def stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house!!! Super cozy and has everything you need from beach supplies to bbq for grilling. Perfect location as there is a beach within a few minutes driving. Terrific place to stay

My wife and I spent 4 nights in Christine's Hampton Bays house in late April. The house was immaculate, comfortable and exactly as pictured on the VRBO website. It had the best outfitted kitchen of any rental home in which we've stayed. There were plenty of towels to go along with the new bathroom. We didn't use them but there were more than enough beach chairs in the garage should you be here in the warmer weather. You couldn't go wrong spending time here.

Hamptons Getaway

A wonderful property, super clean and well appointed. Close to everything. Our kids and us loved walking to the bay each morning to find seashells and also just a short drive over the bridge to the ocean waves. So many great places to eat nearby and the grocery store is minutes away. The house was warm and inviting and the backyard was incredible for our 3 daughters to run around and play.
