This beautiful home boasts a soaring great room centered around a native-stone gas fireplace and accented with warm wood ceilings where the gaming table and TV make this the perfect place to spend time together. The spacious kitchen features a heated granite bar and all the necessary cookware for creating wonderful meals with your family or friends. The large farmhouse style dining table can easily seat 10 people, with alternative seating at the breakfast bar. Or dine al fresco at the shaded patio table and enjoy grilling on our new propane gas grill. Along with the kitchen and great room, the main floor also boasts a luxurious primary suite with king-sized bed, full bathroom, half bathroom, and large laundry room.
Additionally, the main floor features a private home office, as well, with high-speed internet, computer monitor, and printer for those important work tasks. Upstairs you’ll find a bathroom and 3 bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, and loft that opens to the great room below. The loft also has a gas fireplace and TV, along with a “hidden” pink playroom that would be any little girl’s dream! Downstairs level features a private in-law suite, complete with living space, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and laundry unit. But, arguably the most spectacular feature of this home is the breathtaking view from the deck. Relax on the comfortable outdoor sectional or have a seat in the rocking chairs and soak in the beauty of the mountains, fresh air, and quiet surroundings. This home is fully stocked with bed linens, towels, extra blankets, soaps and shampoo. The kitchen has pots, pans and dishes plus silverware. A standard coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot too. A washer and dryer with laundry pods to use.
This home is not Child proof: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house and accepts the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.

Breathtaking & Convenient
This was a family trip with seniors, children and adults all whom have different needs, and this property met every single one of them. The proximity to the main strip of Estes Park made getting around very simple. The views were incredible at the property and overall with seven people into everyone had their own space and no one felt crammed. This property is one of my favorites we’ve say at!

Beautiful scenery! Home larger than expected. Three families from Oregon, Ohio, and Colorado met a few days before the holidays to celebrate. We had a wonderful visit. The place was perfect. I would recommend it highly.

A week in the Rockies
Everything was exactly as described~ an amazing place for five couples to rest and recover each day after five days of hiking. So convenient of a drive to the park entrances. Spacious inside and out with amazing views, breeze and quiet. The home was fully equipped with everything we needed for the week. Absolutely wonderful.

Great house! I would recommend staying in it if you want lots of room and a beautiful location. I would actually give it 4 1/2 stars if it could. My only problems with the house is that it could use a better cleaning company especially in the kitchen. I turned on the oven and I am pretty sure someone was drying weed or baking with weed in it because it filled the house with the smell(I don’t mind that but some of my family didn’t). There was a lot of grease on the rack above the stove which was to hold things to get rid of a fire. counter intuitive to have a fire risk holding the things to put out a fire? Weird. There was also a smoke puller that moved up behind the stove that my husband put up and I’m pretty sure it hadn’t been cleaned for a year. Eee-gad. On the plus side in the kitchen, there were lots of stuff to make the dish I needed to for Christmas dinner at our family’s house in Estes. The fireplace and lighting in the house was great. I asked for there to be some Christmas decorations since we were there over xmas. I probably should have been more specific on this. They were very kind to put them throughout the house which was a lot of decor but it would have been better to have Christmas throw up in the living room & kitchen. lol. I appreciated them doing that for our family. I only have one last concern but it was more about a safety issue. There was a broken clock, lots of glass. Owner realtor wanted us to clean it up..nope. We loss use of 5% of house.

Communication was a big issue. You said you would clean up the glass, if you had told me differently, I would have been there to clean it up myself, even on Christmas Day. We used this place as our home base for my daughter’s wedding immediate family. All adults – no parties or events were held on site.After we made our final payment, I received a note adding restrictions; a maximum of 3 cars in the driveway; No more than 10 people (we had 8). These were never mentioned in their VRBO Ad or by the property manager, only after receiving our final payment.On Thursday, the wedding day, the bridal party was preparing so more than 3 cars were in the driveway for a few hours (hair and make up ppl). I received a nasty text from the property manager threatening to call the sheriff because I had more than 3 cars in the driveway. She admitted driving by 3 times in 24 hrs to count cars. Later we determined that she had been spying on us all week. Driving by and stopping to count cars. She also admitted to having cameras at the house. Also, the house is poorly maintained: The entrance stairway railing is unstable and detaching from its base; Large weeds were blocking the stairwell; Several windows were inoperable; They merely put a sticker on the window saying Do Not Use; Plumbing issues; Screen door off track; the house was dirty; layers of dust.I came to learn after departing that Estes Park had instituted restrictions on VRBO house rentals in the prior year. The Ad nor the manager ever told us - only after seeing cars did she threatened to call the sheriff without warning or discussion.Rent elsewhere – you don’t need this nightmare

It is appreciated to receive reviews, good or bad. I wanted to point out that the rules that were mentioned in the access information are stated in the description of the home in the listing and in the rules section in the listing.
Always reach out to me and discuss what is being planned and I can verify that it is OK or not. I attempted to reach out multiple times without a response so that was why the Sherif was mentioned in a third correspondence.
Communication was the biggest issue. Never once was I contacted before or after the home was booked. If we are not contacted for issues regarding any problems with the home, plumbing, stair railing, in-operatable windows? Not communicating with us does not give us the chance to render the issues.
Yes, I had driven by the home, actually multiple time, its my job to make sure rules are followed and guests are being honest.
