Montagne Haven sur la rivière!

Bienvenue dans notre refuge de montagne reposant sur la rivière (permis de maison de vacances Estes Park n ° 6040). Wade, se asseoir sur les rochers, ou pêcher la truite sauvage dans la rivière Big Thompson et sentir vos soucis se estompent. Déjeuner sur l'une des tables de pique-nique en admirant les montagnes, faire griller des guimauves dans le foyer, ou simplement vous détendre sur la grande pelouse bien entretenue.

Vous pouvez déguster un café ou un thé le matin dans la salle à manger que vous regardez la faune par 5 grandes fenêtres. Ou observer la faune à partir de presque ne importe lequel des 30 autres fenêtres dans cette maison confortable - y compris les cinq fenêtres entourant la baignoire à jets dans le bain de maître! Terminez votre journée de détente dans l'un des grands fauteuils dans la véranda - l'écoute de la rivière et les autres sons de la nature. Vue sur les montagnes enneigées et l'odeur des arbres à feuilles persistantes vont rester avec vous longtemps après votre départ.

Notre maison est dans un emplacement privilégié. Nous sommes à la fin d'une route tranquille avec une grande cour privée qui descend vers la rivière. L'entrée de Rocky Mountain National Park est à seulement un mile où vous pourrez profiter des nombreux sentiers, des rivières et des sites merveilleux du parc a à offrir. Le shopping est également disponible à moins d'un mile de distance avec de nombreux magasins pittoresques, restaurants, promenades et paisible le long de la rivière.

Amazing home and location.

If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay, look no further. This house is so beautiful and they have an amazing entertainment area. Checking in was a breeze. The owners were so on top of things, they sent so much information about house and Estes and Rocky MTN park that we didn’t have any questions. It was great. We had a family emergency and they were so wonderful about helping us out. 10 out 10 would recommend. We will stay here again.

This is a perfect place for families that want to feel that they are in the mountains by a mountain river but can be to town in 2 minutes. This house is beautiful and clean. We had family ranging from 52 years old to 1 year old and it accommodated each of us wonderfully. We saw deer and elk in the yard. The upstairs bedroom with the private porch is perfect for reading a book or just listening to the river. We will definitely be back!

Best rental house, ever. The house was clean and inviting. The rooms were perfect size. The kids loved the bunk room and the children's books were such a nice touch. The master bathtub was perfect for a soak after a day of hiking and adventure. The sunroom was a morning favorite. We even saw a bear from the windows one early morning. The entire property blew us away! We spent lots of time lounging in the seating by the water and sitting on the upstairs deck observing a GIANT herd of elk for hours. Can't wait to return some day!

Great Stay

As advertised. Managment was easy to communicate with and overall service was exceptional. House was very clean with just about everything needed provided. Only slight negative was that there was only 2 bathrooms with one was located in the master - wish it included another 1/2 bathroom. Would highly recommend & would stay here again.

Perfect for comfort and location

This home is beautifully furnished, yet cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and a pleasure to cook in. It’s a dream location on the river and near the park entrance. Estes Park River Home

Large back yard for kids to run around. Spacious home with lots of windows to see the wildlife and river. We stayed for our Son’s wedding and family members that came to visit loved everything the property had to offer. Would love to stay there again in the future. Seeing the Elk so close up is something we will always remember, absolutely breathtaking.

Jim and Gail Shroyer live in Eufaula, Oklahoma. They are the proud parents of four grown sons and 5 wonderful grandchildren. Both are emeritus faculty at Kansas State University. Jim was an extension wheat specialist and Gail was a science educator. Jim is a native Oklahoman and Gail is a native Californian, but both consider Estes Park 'home away from home'. They have been bringing their children and grandchildren to camp in Rocky Mountain National Park for over thirty years.
