The location is excellentâright across from the beach with an easy access road. Unfortunately, the condition of the house left a lot to be desired.Pros:âąFantastic location with quick, direct beach access.âąBedrooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable.Cons & Issues Experienced:âąCleanliness & Maintenance: The couch was badly torn and disgustingly dirty. Management sent someone to steam clean it on day two, which helped with the musty smell, but the couch really needs to be replaced. The deck railing was dangerously loose. Half of the TV remotes didnât work.âąOutdoor Furniture: All the pool chairs were either broken or missing when we arrived. On day three, used chairs were delivered, but we had to clean them ourselves before use.âąAlarm Problems: The fire alarm went off on night nine with a âlow batteryâ message. The next day, maintenance reported simply unplugged the alarm system. The alarm still went off for about 20 minutes the following day until someone turned it off remotely.âąCommunication: The property management team was responsive by email but never answered the phone, even during urgent situations.While we loved the location and found the beds comfortable, the house shows heavy wear from constant use and poor upkeep. For a 12-night stay at this price point, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and maintenance. Replacements and proactive repairs (couch, rails,pool chairs)
