Great Stay

Everything was as advertised! Lots of space for our two families with plenty to do in the house, and close enough to a number of nearby attractions. The host is very accommodating and responsive. Would recommend!

Extended Family Getaway

Booked this to get the extended family together. The house was great and very spacious. The game room and tree house were a huge hit with everyone! The house had plenty of dishware and towels for everyone. Ash cave was about a 5 minute drive from here and a quick easy hike with the kids. Would definitely consider booking again for another stay.

Family get away

We had a wonderful time making memories with our family here!! There’s was tons to do for the adults and littles. From ping ping and pool for the adults to lots of games targeted for the little ones. The kids loved the s’mores room and tree house. There was plenty of room to spread out and lots of room for the kids to run and play. The outdoor area is nice but it is next to a woods so I would take their advise and bring bug spray. The kitchen is well stocked. Great place for a family to spend time together and make memories!!

Friends weekend

Spent a weekend here with some friends. The house was great and very clean! The surrounding area is beautiful and there are multiple trails and caves close to the location. Perfect for any group looking to get away for a little bit.

Great visit with the family

Our 2 year old grandson loved the swing. We enjoyed visiting the area and just hanging out at the house. The game room was fun and the open kitchen and living room made being together easy. The home was perfectly clean and smelled great. We would stay again!

Hocking Hills

Our large group had a wonderful stay at this property. We spent a lot of time at the house and at the nearby trails of Cedar Falls, Ash Cave, and Old Man’s Cave. The campfire room was a beautiful play space for our young children of the group. The game room provided lots of fun for the kids and adults alike! The backyard had a treehouse that the kids thoroughly enjoyed. Would highly recommend this property for large groups with mixed ages of children!!

Weekend Away

This home is absolutely perfect. Very spacious. Kitchen is beautiful. Bathroom were stocked with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Game room in garage! Highly recommended. Close to caves!

This place was awesome!

We loved our stay at this property. It was close to lots of hiking trails but still very secluded in the woods. It was clean and the layout was nice and open which allowed lots of family time. We loved the game room and spent lots of time playing pool and ping pong. A pack n play and high chair were provided at the property which was really nice as we had our 8 month old with us. Communication with the host was easy and they responded very quickly. They even allowed us to check out an hour later which was much appreciated. The only negative about our stay was the hot tub water was dirty and the jets did not work which we were bummed about. Other than that we loved everything about our stay and would definitely come back.

May 2nd-4th

The property was beautiful and we enjoyed our weekend. We did want you to know theres a mouse in the house. We found him in the bedroom with the bunkbeds, we caught him at one point but he got out of the cup we used. There was also ants on the counter but they might have been fruitflys. We overall enjoyed our stay and the mouse did not distract us. :)

Excellent place to stay

We had an excellent stay. Enjoy really enjoyed the game room. The owner was very responsive. The description of the home was spot on. Check out expectations were a little unclear. Other places we have rented wanted us to strip the beds and put towels in the tub etc. No instructions were provided

Perfect home for weekend with family friends

The home was absolutely perfect for two families to get away with multiple small children. We had 9 kids ages 8 and under and they all had a blast. The layout is a dream for parents - attached garage with lots of games and activities, kid cave visible from the kitchen/family room, enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone (including two on the opposite side of the house from the game garage so napping kids can sleep undisturbed), and an open floor plan in the middle of it all for gathering. We were definitely there in the off season (February) - ran into some trouble with the furnace and the hot tub wasn’t working during our trip, but the owner was responsive and refunded some for the trouble. Despite being there in the middle of winter, the kids LOVED the treehouse and the proximity to Ash Cave was phenomenal. Overall we had a wonderful trip and hope to return in nicer weather to enjoy more of the outdoors!

Family vacation

The house was very family friendly. There were a couple of things that I felt could improve but nothing that affected our time there. The hot tub was not clean, but it was 90 degrees outside, so we did not want to use it much. Also, my daughter turned 30 so we had a birthday party. There were no pens, pencils, paper pads, tape, just like the things you would find in a common junk drawer. overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we really enjoyed the time together.

Beautiful Property!

We had a family/friends get together at this property where people traveled from different parts of Ohio to meet up. This property had everything we were looking for from game rooms to a nice yard to a bonfire pit etc. The pictures don’t do it justice! We walked in and immediately thought how lovely and clean the property was. There was even a cute campfire room for kids. The property owner was very attentive, had clear instructions, and would immediately reply with any questions we had. Just a heads up if you’re looking to grill, it is a charcoal grill. The city of Logan is just 25 mins away so if you need anything it’s not too bad of a drive. The city has big chain fast food and grocery stores as well. The WiFi was very nice and we had an absolute blast at this property! Ash cave is just a quick 5 min drive away. Quit looking around and just book it! Thanks again for a fantastic weekend getaway for an affordable price!!!
