Newly built house in pristine condition with parking on premise. Driveway is long enough for an RV.

The place was very cozy. We enjoyed our stay. Besides the local cats, but mad friends with a few :) We would definitely recommend this house. The location in Biloxi was a little ran down.

My husband and I and our cat just spent over a month at Peter's Biloxi duplex. Everything has been renovated and the place was immaculate! The kitchen was spacious with plenty of counter space and more than adequate cupboard space to store our food and supplies. My husband enjoyed the comfy double recliner in the living room.We spent a lot of time on the porch enjoying the warmer weather (it was -17 in Iowa when we left). It's also an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk, several restaurants, and Treasure Bay Casino. Gotta get those steps in!We especially enjoyed our helpful neighbors in the adjoining duplex unit. We'd stayed in the area before so we weren't surprised that it's a cat-friendly neighborhood with lots of kitties running around -- or that a train passes by a block away. Thank you Peter! We had a great stay and hope to come back for another visit.

Biloxi stay

House was amazing we enjoyed our stay, close to everything we needed. We were surprised to hear the train the first night and a little too much dog hair around, we just aren’t pet people anymore.

The place itself was great and the location was very convenient. The home was clean and overall comfortable.However, one of the bedrooms has a door that is shared with the neighbors, which was a major issue for us. We could clearly hear the neighbors snoring very loudly, and with children staying in that bedroom, it did not feel safe or private.Additionally, the neighbors had very loud arguments, often early in the morning. This made it very difficult to get our infants to sleep, and they would wake up scared because of the noise. There were also dogs barking throughout the day.Another thing to note is that there were multiple cats frequently on the porch. The neighbors left food outside for them, and on several nights raccoons came onto the porch to eat the food. Guests with cat allergies may have a hard time sleeping comfortably.One more issue was the trash situation. There is only one trash bin shared between two houses, and on several days it was already completely full, so we were unable to take our trash out.Overall, the place itself is nice and well located, but the noise, shared door, trash situation, and animal activity made it challenging for families with young children or guests sensitive to noise or allergies.

I'm originally from Colorado but was always drawn to New Orleans and the beach, so I picked the Gulf Coast because it was the best of both worlds. I'm an accountant by trade. I also went to culinary arts school, absolutely love to cook, and can often be found outside using the wood pit to smoke ribs or brisket or chickens.

I do live in the 2nd unit of the house, so I am available for requests.

The reason I wanted to be a host is because I noticed that these services have slowly become more and more ridiculous for guests. Lately it seems like you are paying the property owner to be their housekeeper and their rules are oppressive.

I wanted to change that and prove that there are still good guys out there who do things the right way and won't charge you an arm and a leg for not only the stay, but the cleaning fees (oh the cleaning fees).

As mentioned, I am an amazing cook, so I absolutely can and will provide meals if you desire. It will come at a cost as I'll have to buy the groceries and cook it, but I'll keep it reasonable and we can always arrange a daily or meal rate. I'm not here to get rich, I'm here to buck the system and show that the Golden Rule isn't dead.

I have an espresso maker that again, for a monthly fee I can put on the coffee bar in your rental so you have starbucks at your fingertips. It's a Breville Barista Express.

I chose this neighborhood because it's a 6 minute lazy stroll from the front door to having your feet in the sand. Originally I had wanted to short term rent it, but by the time I got it prepped and furnished, the zoning changed so now I have to do month by month.

This is a brand new house with splashes of the original thrown in such as the living room brick wall and the hardwood floors that could be reused in perfect condition.

So unlike most places in this area, this house is new with new-to-code everything and brand new furniture. This house is truly immaculate.
