COTTAGE DE CACAO !! Animaux domestiques! PrĂšs de la plage!

Deux chambres, 1 salle de bain, plan ouvert. Au rez-de-chaussée et jolie cour clÎturée. Parfait pour les clients avec des animaux domestiques!

Il y a tellement de choses à faire sur la cÎte du golfe du Mississippi, et c'est un excellent endroit pour le lancer. Cette propriété est située à l'est de Pass Christian, Mississippi, prÚs de Long Beach. Il y a un grand parking et un endroit pour votre bateau aussi! Idéal pour les couples ou les familles. Attendront 4-6 personnes. Les propriétaires respectifs d'animaux domestiques et leurs animaux de compagnie sont les bienvenus. Notre petit chalet possÚde tout le confort de la maison, y compris un piano pour les amateurs de musique!

Dans un rayon de 10 milles, il y a de fabuleux restaurants, terrains de golf, ports, casinos, pĂȘche en haute mer, pĂȘche Ă  la jetĂ©e, pĂȘche au vignoble, magasins pittoresques, antiquitĂ©s, belles vues, parcs et promenades, rafting, maisons historiques ... et bien sĂ»r , Les belles plages de sable blanc! Seulement une heure de la Nouvelle-OrlĂ©ans!

Home Away From Home

Perfect for a family of 4. Reminded me of times when I visited my parents. Very clean and excellent communication. All the info in the custom binder is a big plus for those looking for things to do or places to eat locally. Close to a WalMart and just off the beach which made the trip even easier. Even has bikes for those wanting ro ride down to the beach. Would definitely book again!

Cottage spot was awesome

Cocoa's Cottage was a great place to unwind and relax. Having bicycles there was a bonus. The Walmart was super close as well as other food options. It wasn't a long drive to Gulfport at all either.I really loved the sitting area on the front porch and with the yard being fenced in my dog sat out there with me for hours.

What a great stay. Location was perfect and so close to beach, restaurants and activities while being a quiet relaxing place. House was very nice and clean. Fencing in front and back made traveling with dogs much easier. Thank you for having us and hope to return again!

Great getaway super close to beach and walmart

We really enjoyed staying here, was quiet and tranquile. There are beach bicycles in case you want to go on an outing, and also the place was professionally cleaned. Older property and laundry room could use a bit updating, but washer and dryer works well.We enjoyed the stay!

Sweet Home for a Relaxing stay

Comfortable older home with terrific back and front fenced yards for doggo. Has all kitchen needs.Convenient carport to have car right next to house for loading/unloading. Spent 4 nights enjoying the house and lovely Pass Christian

Cocoa cottage

We had a nice stay. The beach was in walking distance. We didn’t walk in the beach though because no dogs were allowed. We did sober shipping in the surrounding area. The kitchen facilities were more than adequate. We cooked some of our meals but also enjoyed the local restaurants. Lauren was responsive to our questions and concerns.

Excellent again

As usual the entire process was easy. Lauren responds immediately during communication. We love staying here, it’s clean and comfortable, home away from home. We stay here once a yr to enjoy sister time lol. Absolutely our go to house when visiting the coast!

Somewhere my ENTIRE family could go!

This place was so adorable and in a perfect location, just a quick walk to the beach and not a far drive from soooo many activities. We spent one day enjoying the Mississippi gulf coast with a trip to the beach then to Biloxi for a Shrimp Boat tour. Another day we took a drive (just over an hour) to New Orleans and enjoyed a quiet Sunday on the French Quarter. The house itself is in a quiet neighborhood and a well insulated home! I was getting chilly in July inside and had a loud thunderstorm blow through that I barely heard. The home had everything we needed for my husband, myself, 5 year old, 3 year old and our 2 dogs. We were able to take the kids and dogs to the beach for the first time in their lives and everyone enjoyed it. Booking was super easy as well. This was a last minute booking for us since Hurricane Beryl forced us to back out of our Galveston, TX trip. The fact I could find somewhere for all of us and not have a single headache is a miracle. The host was great at letting us know how to check in and check out and had soooo many great options for where to grab quality seafood! We will be booking again!

It was fine

The fenced in yard was great for 2 dogs. A comfortable place. There wasn't much that I wished it had but didn't, except maybe a better electrical outlet in the bathroom. Not much water pressure in the shower but one learns to adjust. Overall, we enjoyed it.

Sweet little house

Location was great, just a few blocks from beach. Quite neighborhood. Fenced yard was great for my lab. Owner was easy to communicate with. My only negative was living room sofa and love seat, needs to be replaced, very uncomfortable.

Meet our needs

It was cute met all our needs comfortable and 90% clean. Went above in the kitchen area had disposable plates seasoning and oils. They even had a 1st aid kit and beaxh toys ect to be used. There was a few issues like the floors had some sand and what not and the pull out bed had a few issues but it wasnt a huge concern for us. Easy fixes. The manager was super communicative and very well spoken! Truly apprricate all the help she gave us.

Originally from New Orleans, I moved with my family to the area when I was young and grew up less than three miles from this precious little house, where my grandparents retired. I still live close by in nearby Long Beach. It has meant a lot to me to restore and remodel this home, making it 'new' again. It is my pleasure to make it available to others to enjoy.

This property has been in my family for a number of years --- my grandparents retired here, and my father lived here, too. I acquired it in 2010 and named it Cocoa's Cottage, after my dad's canine companion.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This cottage is completely fenced in--- a great place for children or pets to play. Also, it is wheel-chair friendly. Are you a musician? This cottage has a spinet piano for you to enjoy. Cable, wireless internet, stainless appliances, jalousie windows, ceiling fans, oak trees, spacious front porch and back patio for grilling. Parking for up to four cars and/or a boat.
