The space
This secluded townhome has been completely renovated from top to bottom and designed and furnished by multiple local professionals! The beautifully remodeled kitchen is fully stocked and is perfect for planning any holiday meal. Imagine taking your morning coffee or tea outside on your very own private patio each morning with gorgeous bayou views framed in by stunning mature mossy oak trees, it’s a vibe!

Enjoy a movie night in the newly decorated downstairs living room or from one of the two master upstairs bedrooms that are both furnished with plush Stearns and Foster mattresses. Each master bedroom include an updated bathroom en-suite. The bunk room has full-size mattresses so guests can stretch out and also look up and gaze at the beautiful natural wood cedar ceilings and skylight.

Guests can also enjoy all-natural Public Goods toiletries (shampoo/conditioner/body wash). The kitchen and bathrooms are stocked with hand wash, dish soap, and a few paper products to get you started enjoying your vacation without rushing to the store right away. A full size washer and dryer is also conveniently located on the ground floor level for guest use. There is enough parking for two vehicles in the two dedicated spaces directly in front of the house.

The famous 30A beaches, known for its emerald pristine waters and powdery white sand, is only a short eight minute drive from this secluded oasis. Grand Boulevard shopping and fine-dining is also conveniently located a few minutes away (P.F. Chang’s, Tommy Bahama Restaurant, Grimaldi’s Pizza, and Publix Grocery to name a few). This townhome truly is the perfect place to make your Florida Panhandle memories from while getting a real taste of what it’s like to live like a local.
Other things to note
The property allows parking for two vehicles, however, any boat trailers have to be parked at a near by storage facility that is a little over a mile from a boat ramp. We can send over that information if needed.
