Welcome to your home away from home in Nashville! This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. With plenty of room to spread out, a fenced-in yard, and thoughtful amenities, it’s perfect for families, friends, or groups.

Keyless Entry for Convenience
No keys to keep track of! Secure entry is easy with the August Smart Lock, allowing you to lock and unlock the door with your smartphone or a unique code provided for your stay.

Kitchen + Dining
The fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials, including a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove, toaster, and ample cookware, dishes, and utensils. Enjoy coffee or tea in the morning and cook up a delicious meal to share. Gather around the dining table or the peninsula for a sit-down meal or casual snacks.

Living Room
Relax on the large sectional sofa in the living room, complete with a 55-inch smart TV ready for your favorite streaming apps. If you prefer unplugged entertainment, dive into the classic family games or puzzles provided for a fun evening in.

Other things to note:
Steep driveway to home, its easiest to enter from the rear entrance.

Check in is at 3pm If you need an earlier check in please send a message and we will see if it can be accommodated.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The house was clean, beautiful and comfortable. The location was very convenient to shopping and restaurants. The host made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Wedding Weekend @ Rocking West Retreat

Truly enjoyed our stay here. The house is sneaky big with plenty of room for the 4 people I hosted. The place was spotless with plenty of off street parking and getting downtown was easy.

We came to watch our son play baseball and see the town. The house was a perfect location from everything we wanted to do! It was easy to check in, and the check out process was too! We would definitely recommend this house to anyone checking out the Nashville area!

Nice house and great location

My husband had surgery at Vanderbilt and we need to hang around town for a few days. House was very comfortable and there was a Publix and Target less than 1/2 mile down the road. Close to I40 so gettting around was easy. Would recommend.

Great house for a Nashville visit

This house was perfect for our group. With multiple bedrooms and multiple bathrooms (with showers) it made for an easy vacation house for our Nashville trip. Downtown Nashville is only a few minutes away and there is also a close Walmart & grocery store. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great comfortable stay for our family

My family and I stayed at this location for a graduation and had a very enjoyable experience! The property was clean and welcoming and very spacious for 5 of us! The property owners were excellent and very responsive to any questions we had and they made themselves easily available if we needed anything. Everything was a short Uber ride away and we were very central to many things. Would definitely stay again for a visit to Nashville!

Nice little house with great living room and outdoor area

Great house. Six guests and each adult/teen kid had their own bed. Plenty of bathrooms and good kitchen space. Close to restaurants and store (not really walkable, but a quick and easy drive to all essentials). It was the perfect landing pad for a short visit with our son in Nashville. Hosts are super responsive and kind.

Sisters Birthday

We came in town for my sisters birthday and to attend the Lainey Wilson concert. There was 4 of us in total. This house was perfect. 3 full bathrooms was perfect for getting ready. The house was very clean and the back patio was super nice. Good location if you want to go downtown...easy for ubering to and from. We would stay here again.
