Yes, the floors are worn, and a DIY project or two may show its face. This is a cabin full of charm and heart, not a luxury hotel, and we think that’s what makes it perfect.

🛠️ Life can change quickly and Mechanical issues can happen - we respond quickly, but we can’t guarantee instant repairs or offer refunds for equipment failure (hot tub, jet tub, etc.). We recommend travel insurance just in case.

Yes, there may be bugs. It’s part of being in the woods. We treat regularly, but bees, ants, spiders, and other country creatures may sneak in. Keeping windows/doors closed helps a lot.
There's no garbage pick up here so a pass for local trash drop-off is provided, slight inconvenience for the amazing stay at Apple Canyon Lake
