We want to welcome you to spend your vacation at Firefly Lodge.
As you enter this majestic log built home away from home, a gorgeous open floor plan with unique tongue and groove wood logs welcomes you. Create everlasting memories with your loved ones while gathered around the gas fireplace and streaming your favorite series and movies on the large Roku smart TV.

The well-appointed kitchen has all the essentials to prepare meals from intimate meals for couples to extravagant feasts. There is a coffee bar complete with a Keurig coffee maker with assorted K-cups and all the essentials.

The main level has a spacious master bedroom with a King bed and an en suite master bathroom. Wide French doors lead to a private screened in porch, the perfect place for a quiet cup of coffee before you start your day or a relaxing glass of wine before turning in for the night.

This level grants you easy access to an extensive wrap-around deck with seating, outdoor dining area, a gas grill, and gorgeous mountain views. A laundry room with a washer/dryer can be found on this level as well.

You will find two more spacious bedrooms on the upper level each with Queen beds and one full bathroom. One of the Queen bedrooms upstairs has a fold down futon bed for additional sleeping space. The second Queen bedroom upstairs houses the dedicated workspace with a desk and swivel chair. The upper level loft is also home to a full sized shuffleboard game with seating overlooking the main living area.

When it comes to indoor entertainment, the home boasts a game room on the lower level, which features air hockey, arcades, a Roku TV, foosball table, a wall-mounted ring toss game, wall-mounted Tic-Tac-Toe, and a variety of board and card games. You will also find a Ladder Ball set, a cornhole game set, giant Jenga and Connect 4 games. From here, you will also have access to another wrap-around deck with a bubbly hot tub area decorated with string lights and the most fabulous mountain views. Take a break in the hammock on this balcony overlooking the mountain or enjoying the forest activity. Other great perks include an outdoor lighted firepit area with seating perfect for roasting marshmallows!

You can also gather the movie buffs of the group and head into the outer space themed movie theatre! Use the Fire Stick to stream your favorite movies or series. You can also use the screen mirroring function on your Smart Phone to watch. Be sure to turn the black light on to be transported into space!

Sleeping arrangements on this level include a kids bunk bedroom with games, a play tent, kids toys and an additional Roku smart TV. The Pack N Play is located in the closet in this room. There is an en suite bathroom as well.

Nearby attractions include Nantahala Outdoor Center where you can raft, shop and/or dine. Drive a short distance to the Smoky Mountain Railroad, downtown Bryson City which includes shops, breweries, and dining. We love Deep Creek River tubing and Deep Creek Winery! Rent a pontoon boat on Lake Fontana from Almond Boat Park and go fishing or tubing for the day. Attend seasonal events at Darnell Farms, check their website for current festivals. Not far is Harrah`s Cherokee Casino and Sequoyah National Golf Course.

If you are bringing a dog, please add on the reservation that you are bringing a dog. We allow up to two dogs and the fee is $150.

No scented pods or similar products allowed in the hot tub. May incur fees.
No toys allowed in the hot tub.

No loose trash in the garbage bins. That means, no water bottles, diapers, candy wrappers or any trash whatsoever. Trash must be placed in trash bags, tied up and then placed in the garbage bins on the porch. There will be a $100 fee if loose trash needs to be handpicked out of the bottom of the garbage bin.
