Summary:

This modern escape is bustling with stylish decor and lovable amenities. From brand-new TVs, a dedicated workstation, blazing-fast wifi, travel essentials, and a bar cart to a fitness center and grills, this unit makes you feel right at home. It sleeps a total of 4 people with 1 king and 1 queen bed plus a couch. A short walk to Larimer Square, Union Station, Coors Field, and all that downtown Denver has to offer. Only a 2 hour drive to the mountains and ski country.



Other Things to Note:

A noise sensor is installed in the unit. Our insurance policy requires that guests sign a rental agreement prior to check in. We will send the rental agreement to you through the Airbnb app as soon as you book with us. It covers the terms of the accommodation as well as agreement and release of claims for use of devices such as hot tubs, bikes, surfboards, boogie boards, standup paddle boards, fire pits, and/or BBQs, if applicable.

Overall we had a great stay. The location was perfect for walking to many things-restaurants, park, grocery, Coors Field, etc.There were a couple of maintenance items but Hunter was very responsive and appreciative for pointing them out.It was a comfortable place to spend quality family time.

Location, location, location. You couldn’t ask for a better spot to explore Downtown Denver and surrounding areas. Having our own private parking spot was a huge plus since parking downtown can be difficult. The condo is exactly like the pictures, clean, plenty of space and has all the amenities you can think of at your disposal. The checkin and checkout process were easy and the communication was excellent. I highly recommend this spot for any getaway in Denver. It was a great first stop of our two week vacation. Highly recommend.

Wonderful apartment in the heart of Denver! We had an awesome stay with our 2 teenage boys. Apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious and very comfortable. Location was great- we walked to restaurants and downtown areas including Coors Field and Union Station. Having a parking garage with a designated parking spot was a huge plus. We traveled easily to Boulder, Golden and Fort Collins- all within reasonably short distances. Hunter was super quick to respond to all messages. Would highly recommend- excellent option for a Denver and surrounding area vacation!

This apartment was clean and well maintained and the location was close to Coors Field and restaurants. Hunter was responsive and accessible for any questions. I would stay here again.

Minutes from Union Station, the perfect location for those who want to enjoy LoDo without a car. It's an easy walk to any of the great restaurants in the area, and about 10 minutes from Coors Field. The condo itself was perfect. The beds are quite comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, knives, and appliances. Water pressure and temperature were great as well. Hunter is a great host, and responds to any email immediately. 10/10 would stay there again.

I will begin my review with this - I would have left a 10/10 if the a/c was not out of order. When we arrived the unit was hot and there was a portable a/c unit sitting in the living room (turned off) and cardboard covering the large gap where the vent had to go outside which also made the unit VERY loud at night due to street noise. I reached out to Hunter to find out why and he advised that the A/C was broken and a part was coming to fix it but the portable unit and fans should help. They did not other than in the living room. Hunter did have four more fans delivered which was better but it just circulated warm air in the bedrooms (that do not have windows) so the back bedroom, farthest from the portable unit was where my son slept and he only got about 2 hours of sleep per night because it was so hot in there. I understand that things happen but the right thing to do would have been to let us know BEFORE we arrived and give us the opportunity to cancel and book elsewhere with such a large item being out of service. Maybe to some being cool in the place you stay is not important but it is to us. Also the concierge didn't seem to know anything about our stay even after I showed him my VRBO booking and until I mentioned Hunter's name was not giving me keys. Otherwise the unit was very cute, in a great location, clean and had everything we would have needed for our stay. Just make sure you ask about the a/c before you book here.

Check In was easy. The directions are easy to follow. Parking, a premium downtown Denver, was easy and secure. We walked to Ball Arena to see a Nuggets game, road bikes on the path along the creeks and visited Cherry Creek often. All easy from the condo. Cons itself has a great kitchen and comfortable set up with the two bed rooms. Quiet building. Good gym.

Denver Adventure

The space was clean, well stocked, comfortable, and in a great location. Reserved parking was a huge plus. The location is right in the heart of great restaurants, shops, and entertainment, and still close enough to outdoor activities outside the city. Would definitely stay again!

Great spot in downtown Denver. Easy walk to Coors Field and lots of great restaurants. We used this as our home base for our trip to CO and traveled to Boulder, Colorado Springs, Breckenridge, all a little over an hour drive. Building staff were very helpful. Hunter made things very easy and was a pleasure to communicate with. This place has a lot of little extras you don't always get such as extra phone chargers, little toothpastes, and a few kitchen supplies. We did cook and found everything we needed in the kitchen. We would highly recommend if you are looking to stay downtown.

Property looks better in photos than in person. They did a great job with the photography. Hosts thought of a lot of details that were nice and unexpected (hair ties, makeup remover, toothpaste) but there were expected things that were missing (laundry detergent, coffee other than decaf) so I had to ask them a lot of questions. They were responsive, and had missing items delivered downstairs, but my time was tightly booked during my stay, I didn't have time to pick up the items, and it was a hassle contacting them so much. I would have preferred not having the surprise items and having the other items as expected.

Comfortable condo in excellent location

The location of this condo is excellent. It's in a quiet building and walkable to restaurants. We felt quite safe walking around, mindful that Denver is a city. The included secure garage parking with a dedicated space was helpful since we had our car with us for our cross country trip. It's close to the train station and so is a great option for travelers arriving by train.The condo is attractively furnished and thoughtfully equipped. It is a very comfortable space with plenty of room for our family of 3. We didn't want for anything and were surprised at just how considerate the hosts were of anticipating guests' needs. There is even an insulated picnic backpack all kitted up! The closet and bathroom had plenty of space for us to place our belongings. This condo is a great option for short or long stays. Communication with Hunter was always quick and easy. :-) Check-in and check-out instructions were very detailed. Wifi was quite strong.If we travel to Denver again, we will absolutely look to book this property again!
