Great location in RiNO. Host was helpful and direct with instructions. Penthouse is on the roof which can be confusing if you aren't sure, but makes pool, sauna, and hot tub access easy. Neighborhood is a short drive from everywhere!

Since we were on the top floor with all the amenities right there it was perfect. Our balcony was perfect for the fireworks too! We were so lucky they had a show at the Rockies Stadium. We could see the whole thing. Would absolutely stay again. It was also convenient to have the space in the parking garage.

Great apartment and exactly as pictured! The views of the city and mountains were absolutely beautiful. The location was very convenient, with grocery store, bars, and restaurants all nearby. The amenities were excellent as well — especially the modern gym, sauna, and pool. Overall, a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend it!

The penthouse is spectacular! Beautifully decorated, well equipped, stunning city views and a great location! Also nice to be right next to the pool, spa, sauna, fire pit and more. We loved our stay and will be back for sure! Tina was super responsive and accommodating - the whole process from start to finish was just perfect!

We were traveling as 2 couples and the space was perfect for our trip. The building amenities were great, we went swimming and also had an evening by the rooftop fire pit. Lots of restaurants in the neighborhood, and a grocery store 1 block away. Great views of the city everyone we looked out the glass windows. We would rent again if we were doing another long weekend in Denver.

What a lovely place! The views are unmatched especially if you enjoy sunrise/sets. It was very clean and the host was super responsive. The hot water did take a bit to get hot-assuming it has to be pumped all the way to the top floor, we didn’t mind! We noticed the common areas are kept tidy and staff on site were the nicest people ever! Overall this is an amazing penthouse and we’d stay again!

Great stay with a fabulous view of downtown Denver. Property was what was listed in the details and photos, and has everything you need. We only stayed one night, as we were passing through Denver, but would have been a great place to relax and enjoy the city longer. Host was in communication at all times and was friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay again at this property !

The coolest place I have had the chance to stay!! The views are amazing and having access to the pool, sauna, hot tub and more are above and beyond. We absolutely loved our stay here! Tina was the most attentive and kind host. And her place is just beautiful. We enjoyed all the amenities from the rooftop bar, pool, hot tub and sauna. This luxury penthouse was absolutely stunning! The space was spotless, beautifully designed, and the two bedrooms were so comfortable. A Once-in-a-Lifetime Penthouse Experience with Unforgettable Views and Hospitality

Staying in the Penrose Apartments’ luxury penthouse was nothing short of phenomenal. Perched high on the 16th floor, the view was absolutely breathtaking, a sweeping panorama of downtown Denver that turned magical each evening as the city lights shimmered beneath us. Nothing could compare to the Fourth of July, when we were treated to over 100 fireworks displays across the horizon. It was like watching the entire city light up just for us—an unforgettable experience.The amenities were just as spectacular. The building boasts an elegant pool, a relaxing hot tub, and a soothing sauna, a full spa experience without leaving the property. After a day of exploring the city, coming back to these comforts felt like stepping into a private resort.The penthouse itself is truly luxury living at its finest. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated, from the top-of-the-line appliances in the gourmet kitchen to the ultra-comfortable, high-end beds that made each night’s sleep feel indulgent. Everything was spotless, stylish, and functionally perfect.But what made this trip so memorable, what elevated it beyond a luxury stay, were the incredible hosts, Ryan and Tina. They are genuinely down-to-earth, kind-hearted people who made us feel like more than just guests; they made us feel welcomed, valued, and at home. In a world where many rentals are impersonal or overly monitored, this space had no surveillance no intrusions, just trust and hospitality, thank you Tina and Ryan!
