After a busy day of adventures, relax & recharge in this inviting home where you will find comfortable bedrooms, an open layout perfect for groups, and a deck boasting impressive mountain views.

The Space:
This 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom, townhome is the perfect welcoming escape after a busy day on the mountain. With three levels of living space, the family-friendly home has enough space for up to 14 to spread out for a comfortable stay. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings from this home, which is an end unit with a private deck tucked next to the surrounding trees. You are going to love stepping out here and taking in the impressive mountain views!

When you arrive at the home, you will be greeted by an entryway that includes coat hooks for storing your outdoor gear, a half-bathroom, and access to the attached garage. The entryway opens up to the main living space, where you will find an open kitchen/dining room/living room, providing an ideal space to stay connected with your group. You will first come to the fully equipped kitchen, where you will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a full range of basic cookware, and a kitchen bar with two bar stools providing a cozy place to grab a snack or keep the chef company. On the other side of the kitchen bar is the dining room, where you will find a large table with seating for 10. The flow of this space makes it easy to bring hot dishes to the table for family-style meals with your loved ones!

A sunken living room is situated just a few steps down from the dining area, this bright space is the perfect hang-out spot for your group! Two large windows and French doors fill the space with natural light and beautiful views over the surrounding trees and mountains. In the living room, you will find a large couch, a love seat, and a corner table with bench seating providing plenty of seating accommodations for your group. Curl up around the gas fireplace and watch a movie on the 65” Smart TV, or just enjoy taking in the views from this room. A dynamic space ideal for entertaining and relaxing! From the living room, you can step out to the deck where you will find a BBQ and two patio chairs, so you can sit back and enjoy the great views of Ptarmigan Mountain and Silverthorne.

When you are ready to settle in for the night, you will find three of the four bedrooms located on the upper level of the townhome. Tuck in for a good night’s rest in the first bedroom where you will find a charming space with an exposed wood beam, two large windows overlooking the trees, matching nightstands, and a queen-size bed. Adjacent to the first bedroom is a second bedroom, which also includes a queen-size bed. Down the hall from the first two bedrooms is a full bathroom for shared use and features a single-sink vanity with under-the-sink storage space and a bathtub/shower combo. Rounding out the upper floor is a master suite tucked away at the end of the hallway, providing a private and quiet space for you to get a good night’s rest. This well-decorated room features a comfortable king-size bed with matching nightstands and lamps, 2 standard-size closets, and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo. Brightening up the room is a large north-facing window that boasts beautiful views over Ptarmigan mountain and Silverthorne that you can enjoy right from bed!

On the basement level of the home, you will find an open and dynamic fourth bedroom. The room covers the basement level in an open layout and includes a workspace with a desk and a chair and a cozy play area with a Smart TV and board games, kid books, and puzzles. This room is perfect for sharing or for the young travelers in your group! The room boasts ample sleeping space with THREE twin-over-queen bunk beds! Each bunk bed includes drawers for storage space, and the bedroom enjoys views of Ptarmigan Mountain and Silverthorne. A utility room is also located in the basement, in which you will find a washer and dryer, so you can easily keep up with any laundry needs during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire townhome including a private back deck. Guests will also have access to 4 parking places, there is 1 parking place in the attached garage suitable for a small SUV or car, 1 parking place in front of the garage, and 2 parking places in a shared parking lot located across the street from the home.

The Neighborhood:
Nature lovers are going to love the location of this charming townhome! Nestled amongst the trees in the fabulous Wildernest neighborhood, you are well situated to enjoy endless mountain adventures all while being in close proximity to Silverthorne and easy access to I-70, the main roadway in the area that spans this gorgeous stretch of mountain towns. This area of Silverthorne features many hiking and biking trails with several trails just a few minutes away including the nearby Lily Pad Lake and Salt Lick Trailheads. During the summer months, enjoy a round of golf at Raven Golf Club at Three Peaks, you are less than 10 minutes from the fairway. The charming town of Dillon is just minutes away, with the scenic Dillon Reservoir and Dillon Amphitheater, well known for its summer concerts. During the winter months, you have six different ski areas within driving distance including Keystone, Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin, Loveland, Breckenridge, and Vail. This home is the perfect launching pad for year-round fun!

Getting Around:
Situated in the heart of Silverthorne the home is minutes away from I-70, the main highway that spans this stretch of the Colorado Rocky Mountains, providing quick access to explore the surrounding areas with ease. The great location of this home places you within easy driving distance of several neighboring towns with Dillon 7 minutes away, 10 minutes from Frisco, 25 minutes from Breckenridge, and just over 30 minutes to Vail.

For those times you don’t want to drive, take advantage of the FREE public transportation and make the 3-minute walk to the Wildernest Center bus stop. This stop is a part of the Summit Stage FREE bus route on the Wildernest Loop. You can hop on the bus and find yourself connected with all of the Summit Stage Free Bus routes that span Silverthorne and extend to the neighboring communities.

Uber/Lyft are also always available.

Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
