This welcoming single-family home is the perfect place for your next getaway. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it comfortably sleeps 8 guests in a king bed, two queen beds, a twin-over-full bunk bed, a twin bed and a queen sleeper sofa. From the oversized patio and primary bedroom balcony or private hot tub, you can enjoy stunning mountain views while overlooking open spaces from the backyard. Located near downtown Silverthorne, this home is ideally situated for your stay.

The main level includes a fully-stocked kitchen, an open dining area, and a welcoming living room. The spacious living room is perfect for family gatherings and is equipped with a Smart TV, and a gas-burning fireplace, vaulted ceilings, lots of natural light, and plenty of room for everyone to gather. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, including cookware, tableware, and stainless steel appliances. There is seating for five at the breakfast bar and four at the dining table. Beyond the dining area, you can access the private backyard complete with a hot tub, grill, and fire pit where you can relax and take in the incredible mountain views.

The first guest bedroom is located on the main level with a comfortable queen bed, queen sofa bed, and a dedicated workspace. A full bathroom is right down the hall featuring a walk in shower and granite countertops.

Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms and two full bathrooms with a full sized washer and dryer. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a comfortable armchair, dresser, flatscreen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower and a separate soaking tub. The primary bedroom also has a private balcony with seating overlooking snow-peaked mountains.

Two guest bedrooms are located down the hall. The first guest bedroom offers a queen bed with a shared jack and jill bathroom. The second guest bedroom offers a twin-over full bunkbed with an additional twin bed. The jack and jill bathroom is located in the hallway and has a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The patio features great views with a private grill, large fire pit, and a hot tub with plenty of umbrella-covered seating. In the distance you can see ski resorts and beautiful mountain views.

Please be aware that the garage is NOT accessible nor available for guest use. 

*Please note: This home has a minimum age and night requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older, and book a minimum of 3 nights. If you reserve less than 3 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent location to make the drive to Keystone. Really enjoyed the unit, the guests all complimented how nice it was. Hot tub was great. Very clean. We didn’t have any issues and would absolutely rent again.

Good family ski place
I had contacted property manager the day prior to arrival to request the hot tub be turned on so ready to use immediately after a day on the slopes. We arrived to find the hot tub broken. They did send repair out the next day so we were then able to use but that was disappointing. We also were unable to use the garage to keep our vehicles. Despite the house appearing clean we had a mouse in the house (they sent maintenance and we did catch the critter the same night). When we moved the couch to retrieve an item it was obvious a deep cleaning was needed. Despite the above issues, I would rent this house again though hopefully the “new listing” issues will be resolved. Bathrooms were spacious and very nice. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were great. The kitchen is extremely well stocked for cooking a variety of meals which included many thoughtful items like waffle iron, avocado peeler/slicer, crock pot, etc. We didn’t need it, but there is also a boot dryer which is VERY handy after a powder day on the slopes.

We had the best time! The house was completely stocked with everything you think you may need. The house was super clean the beds were comfortable. The only thing that would be nice is if all the doors locked (we had kids lol) anyways besides that is was perfect.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
