Weekend Relaxing

Had no issues finding or getting into the property. Beds were comfortable and had everything we needed to have a relaxing weekend. Has a nice sitting spot with a firepit.

A place to relax

Close enough to take morning/evening walk to the lake. The place still needs a little work on it. But overall was a nice place to relax after a long day attending a Celebration of Life.

Convenient country stay

We stayed at Georgie’s for the Muskogee Renaissance Faire at the Castle. It was pretty close to not only the Castle, but other necessities like the grocery store, etc. We loved being close to the lake even though we didn’t really have much time to enjoy that aspect, but look forward to checking it out when we return to Muskogee. The same goes for Ft Gibson Historical Park. My kiddos, husband, tiny dog and I enjoyed hanging out on the front porch, grilling, relaxing and making dinner in the nice kitchen, and resting between Faire visits. We’ll definitely check this place out again!

Georgie’s Getaway

My family and I stayed here during the New Years weekend and had a great time! We wanted a secluded getaway near the water with some area to walk around and explore and that’s just what we got. The house was in good condition with plenty necessities to help keep a family clean and fed. The back of the house looks out into core land with the lake just behind that. We even saw a couple deer! The core land had tons of cool trails we explored. The lake was a short walk and very quiet and peaceful. Plenty of stores close by for groceries and whatever you need to enjoy your time. Property owner was very responsive and helpful. Very pleased with our stay!
