This home is brand new and it is centrally located home in the middle of Lafayette. Close to all the restaurants, shops, and within 2-3 minute drive to River Ranch which has fine dining and upscale bars. Spacious and has a beautiful back patio which is great for entertaining and spending quality time with the family. Also has a fenced in yard with a wooden privacy fence. There is a pet fee of $75.

Great spot!

We rent VRBOs in the Lafayette area fairly often when we are visiting family. This place was fantastic! Enough beds for 2 families and our kids. Super clean and lovely! We will definitely be back

Girls Trip

Lovely home. Beautiful decor. Slept 8 adults easily and comfortably. The patio was especially wonderful- great gathering conversation space. Host was very helpful and available. Only negative we can think of - towel bars are needed in the bathrooms.

Lovely Home

Beautiful home. Very well laid out. Lots of room. It was just the two of us but perfect for a family also. I can’t say enough about how well appointed it was. We had been traveling for several days and did not have coffee with us. So glad to see some there so we didn’t have to go back to the store! It’s the little things. Lovely home. If ever in the area would definitely go back.

Appeared to have not been cleaned but refunded half of cleaning fee

We spent over an hour cleaning hair and dirt off of the floors and countertops upon arrival. We sent photos of what we cleaned up to to owner/property manager, who was apologetic. Only when we asked for a refund of the cleaning fee were we refunded half of the cleaning fee. Otherwise, the house was great for our needs - location, size, comfort, etc. The owner/property manager was very responsive to all of our messages.

The home was new and clean and spacious. It was nice to have a garage as it was cold outside. The only problem were the mattresses. They were very uncomfortable. The master bedroom mattress had a huge sunken space on the right side. The queen mattress had a crinkly waterproof cover surrounding it. The queen bunk beds were too short for me as my feet hung off the ends and I’m only 5’4”. Naturepedic non-toxic mattresses are suggested. My elderly mom suggested bars for the showers. The towel rack in the quest bath kept falling off. I’m sensitive to smells and chemicals as are many people. I suggest using 7th generation detergent for towels, sheets and 7th generation dish liquid and cleaning supplies. We hope to return when we are visiting family if the mattresses are replaced.
