The beach is breath-taking! Home is equipped with beach chairs, boogie boards, surf boards, propane grill on the rear deck, and a fire pit table on the rear deck. Sure to please everyone in your party. Home has 2 outdoor showers to help keep the sand out of the house. Garden City pier is 1-mile away with occasional Live Music.

The stay was great. Property was just as described, clean and convenient. There was access to four nice beach, chairs and tons of toys for everyone. I loved having the half bath downstairs to prevent tracking sand in and out of the house throughout the day.My only concerns were the need for more towels and wash rags. Also the blinds in the front left bedroom need to be replaced in order to open and close them.I would definitely stay there again with no questions asked.

Perfect beach house with everything you need and more

House has a perfect location on the beach. Has all you will need to enjoy your fun days in the beach!!! Very comfortable beds and entire house was very enjoyable. Owner is very friendly, quick and easy to communicate with.

Our stay was wonderful. The house was very nice and clean. There are several updates needed; new mattresses, planks replaced on walkout to beach. We will rent this house again. The host was very nice.

Steps from the beach, loved the outdoor porches. Lots of space under the house including a swing with views of the ocean. Beds were comfortable as well as furniture. Bathrooms were small but functional and had to leave bedroom doors open for proper air flow.

Perfect location for an event/wedding

David's place was perfect in every sense for a vow renewal event right on the beach. He was very responsive to all the question we had which made our event go very smooth. The beach is not at all crowded. There were enough stuff for kids to be kept engaged, chairs for the beach etc. Overall the location was perfect and our pictures came out awesome. I would definitely recommend David's place to anyone looking for a place to perform their wedding.

Exceptional Experience

My husband and three children (15, 11, and 8) stayed at Boy N' Sea. This is such a beautiful place. I love the set up of this property from the spacious patio overlooking the ocean, to the two jack-and-jill bathrooms. Working with David was easy. He's prompt, so kind, and cares. This was our first experience with staying at a B & B. We plan to return.

Awesome house!

This house and host were awesome. I’ve never been to a rental property that is fully stocked with beach chairs, towels, boogie boards and surf boards, we loved that. House was clean and we had no issues with anything. We loved the porch and the additional showers downstairs. Host was easy to contact and very amenable. 10/10 would recommend.

Great location on the beach. House is good for 4 couples, loft would be OK for kids but was hot on hot days. Washer/Dryer was very good and we used it a lot. We also enjoyed the beach toys, hammock, and bench under the house. Jack and Jill bathrooms were a little awkward for those not staying in the bedrooms, but we coped. Grill wasn't clean, and we couldn't get the firepit to work. Dishwasher didn't do a good job so we didn't use it after the first day. But, it's a beach house and it served us well.

Perfect low country vacation

We traveled to Boy n Sea from northern Michigan for spring break. Everything exceeded our expectations. What a beautiful, relaxing beach home and town to make more family memories. We had four adults and three children with us, with plenty of room to spare. House comes with anything and everything you’ll need to enjoy the beach and property. The beds are SO comfortable, everyone slept with ease! The original design and elements of the home make this beach getaway even more charming. We appreciated the character this home offers. Hosts were easy to reach to ask questions, etc. Thank you, we hope to come back next year!

Great beach

Love being on the ocean. Great outdoor spots to see the ocean. Having the outdoor showers and third bathroom under the house was helpful to keep the sand down. The two bathrooms being jack and Jill set up, between the bedrooms on the sides of the house, makes it rough for the anyone staying in the loft to use the bathroom. We had trouble with the coffee pot and dishwasher not working during our stay. We tried the fireplace but didn’t try too hard since it was windy anyways. We loved all the “toys”. A few sand toys, bikes, surf and boogie boards, chairs. We did use the grill as well. Good distance from the “pier”. Cute little happening spot good for teens, and ice cream. Overall great stay.

**5-Star Review of Our Stay in Murrells Inlet** Nestled in the heart of Murrells Inlet, our recent stay at this beach house was truly a little piece of heaven. From the moment we arrived, we knew this was going to be a memorable retreat. The accommodations were simply perfect. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring restful nights after our long beach days. Every amenity you could possibly think of, and ones you'd use in your own home, were readily available – making our stay utterly convenient and stress-free. One of the many highlights of this paradise was the outdoor space. We spent countless hours on the covered porch, soaking in the magnificent ocean views. The fire pit, grill, hammock, and swing, all thoughtfully positioned, offered a plethora of options for relaxation and enjoyment. Whether we were grilling up fresh burgers, lounging in the hammock, or enjoying a fireside chat, each moment was enhanced by the stunning backdrop of the ocean. In every corner, this beach house radiates charm and tranquility. It’s clear that great care was taken to ensure guests have everything they need and more for a delightful stay. We are already looking forward to our return visit. When we arrived at the property we inspected the house for cleanliness. We noticed dead roaches a sandy floor and plastic shot glasses under 1 of the beds. We uncovered the sheets and found hair in them. We immediately informed the host. He said he would contact with the cleaner. Not sure what he meant we had to go buy sheets. The cleaner showed up to the property later and stated she personally washed the sheets and swept over a week ago and offered to wash them again. The host then said he allowed his son to visit the property with a friend. From what we gathered it was after the property had been cleaned according to her statement. There is 1 night stand in the bedrooms, no other furniture. The beds have drawers under them but they were dirty. The bathroom fans did not appear to work and black soot fell out when I turned them on. There are AC units in 2 of the 4 closets that were not locked and 1 had exposed wires which seems like a safety hazard. As we were checking out the instructions said to put the towels in the wash and turn it on. However there was no detergent so we doubt they were cleaned with detergent for our stay. We booked this house for the fire pit on the deck which separates it from others. We were not able to enjoy the property as listed as there was active construction directly next to the property for our entire stay that was not disclosed beforehand even though the host knew about it for 3 months prior to our stay at the property.

Our home gets quarterly pest control, it is not uncommon to see a deceased bug after extermination. The cleaner was sent to address linens. We own these two. This guest proceeded to complain relentlessly about construction on a neighboring property like we can control them. This guest’s intent was to complain enough and ask for money back in return. I wouldn’t suggest this guest to anyone nor is welcome back to our home.
