The private back yard has a playground for kids to enjoy. Parking spot in garage and can park two additional cars in tandem in driveway.
Guest access
The whole property is available for our guests to explore and enjoy during their travels.
Other things to note
Noise will be limited after 10:00 no matter what day of the week to respect the neighbors, no smoking will be allowed inside the house (there will be a fine if there is the smell of smoke found inside the house of $300)

PAY LESS UPFRONT FEATURE

The Pay Less Upfront Feature allows Guests to pay a portion of a booking’s Total Fees at the time of booking and pay the remainder of the Total Fees at a later time prior to check-in. The Pay Less Upfront Feature is available to Guests for eligible bookings when they pay with certain Payment Methods.
