White Sands Cottage subdivision is a peaceful and family-friendly neighborhood, making it an ideal destination for a relaxing beach vacation. You're just steps from our sugary sand beaches and a short drive to local favorite restaurants and attractions such as The Gulf State Park Fishing Pier & The Hang Out! Some of the many other activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, golf, outlet malls, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of sugary sand beaches.

The accommodations were excellent, exactly as described. We were there over the Fourth of July however, so it was a very busy area, lots of people, lots of noise, and sirens all hours.

You’re right—over the Fourth of July, Gulf Shores is full of energy, and Gulf Shores PD and Fire/Rescue stay busy all summer keeping everyone safe and the area running smoothly. Perfect location, comfortable and clean space. We will be back!!

Ocean Pearl is a gem! :) Convenient location to beach, restaurants and shopping. Easy check-in and check-out, timely communication with property manager, plenty of extra linens & towels. Comfortable furniture and beds, spacious rooms, plenty of space for a large family or 3 couples.We enjoyed sipping coffee on the porch and although we didn’t visit the pool it looked like a nice spot to cool off.

We had a wonderful time at Ocean Pearl! We are a family of 5 and it was more than enough space for us. The kids loved the fact they had their own space and bathrooms! The location was perfect in relation to the beach and very doable walking distance to all the restaurants and shops…just a mile down the road. The pool area was nice and spacious…to note the pool is not heated so for the early spring time it was a little cold. We vacationed with another family so they had a different unit and it was a perfect set up for that. As far as the unit itself…it had everything we needed as far as basics. After staying at a variety of places, a few things we wish it would have had beach towels (they take up a lot of packing space), board games in the unit, and also some beach toys/floaties/etc. All in all, we would highly recommend this as a place to stay in gulf shores!
