Welcome to Beach Broke, a beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath duplex just one block from the public beach access! With room for up to 8 guests, this home is the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm.

Steps to the Sand: Walk just one minute to enjoy the pristine white sandy beaches and the convenience of a clean, well-maintained public bathroom and shower at the entrance.

Prime Location: You're within walking distance of Bahama Bob's, The Hangout, West Beach Coffee House, Pier 33 Groceries, Lauria's Italian Bar and Bistro, High Tide Daiquiri's, Alvin’s Island and more. A quick 15-minute drive takes you to The Wharf Amphitheater for concerts and entertainment.

Great location, easy walk to the beach, local restaurants, bars, coffee shops. Many balconies to choose from if you like the sun or the shade depending on the time of day. Nice walkable area a block off the main road for walking your dog. Would stay here again!

The house was super clean and the host is very responsive. Beds are comfy! Easy walk to the beach and so nice to have beach essentials provided. Chairs, wagon and beach toys! The only issue we had was running out of toilet paper and no dishwasher tablets- easy fix! Had the best time!

Perfect size and Location for us to walk to the Hangout Festival and back safely. Nicely decorated and spacious to not feel crowded in. It was very neat and clean as well.

The property is beautiful and comfortable. The floor was slippery the first day and the host quickly offered to have the cleaning team mop to make it less slippery. We declined but as our stay went on the floor became less slippery. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was disorganized but clean. Within walking distance to Pier 33. Walmart was close. Even though the property is only 1 block off the main drag it was peaceful and quiet. I would stay again.

On a quiet street only 1 block to the beach and walkable to so many other places in Gulf Shores, what's not to love? The Hangout is .7miles away, and an easy walk. The Wharf Amphitheater and Flora-Bama are both only a 20 minute drive away.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

3 balconies await you for relaxation, and the beach is only 1 block away (1 minute walk). We provide our guests with a beach wagon, 4 beach chairs, and sand toys. Feel like exploring, walk to The Hangout for some good food and GREAT music. Lauria's by the Beach is also outstanding, and right around the corner. Thirsty? Head to the famous Pink Pony! It's all right there!
