The Space:

Welcome to your lavish retreat in Corpus Christi, Texas. This sophisticated three-bedroom, three-bathroom abode comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests. This magnificent ocean-view property, with a dedicated entrance, invites you to a world where opulence meets comfort. As you step inside, be greeted by the grand staircase, leading you to a luxurious living oasis upstairs. However, the ground floor is where the magic begins.



Venture down the hallway to find the lavishly appointed bedrooms. The master suite is a sanctum of peace, offering a plush king bed and an ensuite bathroom designed for ultimate relaxation. The second bedroom is spacious, featuring two queen beds, while the third is ideal for children, boasting two twin-over-double bunk beds. A well-appointed shared bathroom sits conveniently in the hallway. The den, a cozy nook at the hallway's end, hosts a futon, mini-fridge, and elegant French doors that reveal a fenced backyard and charming patio. The cherry on top is the indulgent hot tub, beckoning for a tranquil soak under the Texas sky.



Ascend the staircase to discover more luxurious spaces. The chef's dream kitchen awaits on the right of the landing. Here you'll find a full suite of high-end appliances, including a double oven and a dishwasher, not to mention every utensil necessary to create culinary masterpieces. An island with three stools and a grand dining table ensures everyone enjoys meals together in this vibrant heart of the house.



To the left, bask in the roomy living area, equipped with cozy couches, armchairs, and a state-of-the-art Smart TV - all bathed in soft, natural light. Peek-a-boo views of the majestic ocean add to the mesmerizing ambiance. Completing this floor is an additional half bathroom, offering convenience and style.



Step outside to a spacious balcony, providing sweeping views of the shimmering ocean, the perfect spot to toast to the setting sun. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or an adventure-packed vacation, this luxurious property is the key to a memorable stay in Corpus Christi.



Guests who are staying 07-09-2026 and 07-13-2026 please be aware there will be work being performed in the grass area of the horseshoe driveway. Guests will not be able to use the horseshoe driveway during this time. However, guests are welcome to use the driveway at the garage.



There is a also community tennis court available, if you'd like to get a few hits in during your trip!



While we strive to provide a space for relaxation and enjoyment, we also uphold a few house rules to ensure the comfort of all our guests and neighbors. Please note that this is a non-smoking property and any signs of smoking will result in a $500 charge. Parties, events, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited, and pets are limited to dogs with a required pet fee.



1. NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc., is strictly prohibited inside.



2. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS UNLESS DISCLOSED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING: As this home is situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you respect quiet hours between 11 PM and 6 AM to maintain good relations with our neighbors.



3. PET POLICIES: We welcome dogs (up to 50 lbs) in this home, but unfortunately, cats are not permitted. A $150 per pet fee will be charged. One pet must be charged at the time of booking. If two pets will be occupying the home, please message us and we will request an additional $150 after the booking is confirmed. Please ensure that pets are crated whenever left unattended. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and waste must be promptly cleaned up from the yard.



4. SECURITY: For your safety, our homes are equipped with motion-activated EXTERIOR video cameras. There are no video recording devices located inside the home.



5. WEAPON POLICY: Guests must provide prior notice and obtain consent for any secured weapons before booking. All weapons present must be properly secured. Failure to provide notice or unauthorized possession of weapons may result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund.



6. HOT TUB: Guests must adhere to all posted rules regarding the safe use of amenities such as the hot tub. By booking this property, guests waive any liability claims against the homeowner or any affiliated property management entity related to the use of these amenities, including loss, damage, injury, or death. Guests are required to place the hot tub cover back on the hot tub when it is not in use to prevent water from spraying out from the jets.



Please note that all hot tubs are serviced daily to ensure appropriate chemical balance and to keep the water clean and clear. Our service team will perform maintenance between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. They will not announce themselves but will discreetly access the backyard gate to complete their service. While guests cannot forgo this daily maintenance, you may request a preferred time for service or specify times you would like the service team to avoid.



7. RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS: In the event of damage or theft of linens, furniture, or any other items, guests will be responsible for covering the costs.



8. RENTAL AGREEMENT AND ID VERIFICATION

The primary guest will be required to complete a rental agreement and submit I.D. Verification as a part of the reservation process.



9. PRE-ARRIVAL INSPECTION: Before each guest check-in, we perform a comprehensive video walkthrough of the property. This process serves a dual purpose: first, to meticulously document the home's existing condition and cleanliness, thereby protecting guests from being unfairly blamed or charged for pre-existing damage; and second, to establish a clear baseline that allows us to hold guests accountable for any damages incurred during their stay.



10. FURNITURE: Guests are prohibited from moving any furniture. If any furniture is found to have been relocated after the guest's departure, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for associated labor.
