This is a fisherman's paradise on Oso Bay! Just minutes from the beaches or you can just chill in the pool while you watch your company get the catch of the day for dinner on Oso Bay. Beautiful views, sunsets, and wildlife. You will enjoy having a private pool to yourself.

Traveling for work, vacation, or fishing trip you will love the peacefulness of the area. Fisherman can fish out the backyard or kayak Oso Bay. Working from home, this will be your home away from home. After work you can go to the beaches which are 10 minutes away or get to know the culture of the area. Families enjoy the variety of activities Aransas Pass as well as Corpus Christi.

This vacation rental features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, built-in ice maker, washer/dryer, 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms including blow dryers and triple shower mount soap dispensers. The main master suite is on the first floor with a king bed, walk-in closet, and smart Roku TV. This second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a queen sofa bed, bunk bed with a full mattress that turns into a futon couch and a twin bed on the top. For extra sleeping there is a queen sofa bed in the main living area.

You will love the living area with a wall of glass sliding doors for your viewing enjoyment. There is a gas grill for your use as well as a gas fire pit to warm you up. There are a total of 4 smart TV's and 3 gaming or computer desks. Permit #2022-304222.

RUDE HOST/NO HOT WATER

My family and I were so excited about this stay for easter weekend. Also our first time using vrbo. Christine came off nice at first but the second time we talked to her she acted as if she didnt remember talking to us and gloated about having 93 properties. Upon arriving the place was dirty. Dishes had food stuck on them. Dead roaches were in the corner and couches. The 2 trash cans outside were filled with trash even though trash day was the day before we arrived. The beds were digusting unwashed linen. I am one of those people who bring my own cleaning materials so this didnt bother me too much as I wiped down all the surfaces before we touched it. The major issue was there was no hot water. The first night it was warm and we just based it on the fact that maybe it was because it hadnt been used for awhile. The next morning it was just cold. We addressed this issue with Christine and she came off that we just didnt know how to use the nozzle. She sent her maintenance 2 hrs later who was barely there 10 mins and left saying it works now. I never once saw him check any of the sinks to make sure. When we tried to take a bath the hot water still was not working. This was supposed to be a nice vacation for us we didnt want to keep being bothered by people coming over fixing stuff that should have been checked before our arrival. We also noticed that the hot water heater had just been replaced so she knew there were issues. We left a whole day amd half early. Host did nothing.

Beautiful and relaxing!

Our stay was amazing! This vacation home is so accommodating and has everything you need! The hot tub was amazing to relaxing outside and enjoy the beautiful view! The house was clean and had items stocked for essentials needed. Customer service was awesome. Whenever we had a questions ,they responded right away! This is definitely a favorite and we will be back! If you ar looking for a great place to stay in Corpus Christi. This is the place. It was only a 10 minute drive to Port Aransas to the beach!

Absolutely Perfect!

My wife found this beautiful property while looking for a place in Corpus Christi for a combined vacation / family visit. Pre-trip communication with the host was excellent and the check-in went smoothly. The property is located in a very quiet, central location in CC right off of the Padre Island Expressway with easy access in either direction to get anywhere in the city in minutes. The property itself is immaculately maintained and breathtaking when you enter. It has everything you need to make your stay like you're at home - but in a beautiful location. If you're thinking of a property that is a destination location, this is it - with the view, pool and great amenities that home has, you really don't need to go anywhere and can just hang out. We look forward to renting this property again in the future and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway. Thanks for a great time!

Great view but other issues

View was great but neighbor is nosy and complains if you're outside late. Mosquitos can be a problem outside, grass was high and dead roaches were scattered inside. Ants in the kitchen were a bit problematic. The tree over the driveway also fell and nearly hit my car. We had to move the heavy branch out of the way to inch the car by making me late to an event. I figured the bugs were part of the area and being by the water so didn't notify at first but the property manager was responsive once I complained.

Definitely a must stay!

This home was absolutely beautiful. Home was located in a quiet area with plenty of space between neighbors and conveniently near major shopping and dinning options. The host was super friendly and responsive. This is a great getaway to escape and enjoy the nice view and breeze from the bay. We are definitely going to book this location in the future.

Family getaway

Perfect location to please the whole family. We were able to swim, fish at the property, and easily drive to restaurants and Corpus Christi attractions. The home was well stocked and we had plenty of room for our five adults. Christine was very easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely amazing!

The property location with Bay view is gorgeous. The house was well-stocked and clean, clean, clean! Everything was just as advertised, or better. The rooms were airy, and the decor was outstanding. The house was like something out of a decorating magazine! Communication with the host was outstanding. If you're looking for a vacation property, this is it!

Nice stay on the Bay

Great property. Pool and hot tub were amazing. The bedrooms were clean and its a quiet neighborhood. Very peaceful. The first impression - gate doesnt quite close and walled entry landscape needs maintenance, but overall, lovely place.

Spring Break Family Get Away

Our family spent Spring Break at this beautiful home. Although my daughter was the only one that got in the pool we all enjoyed the beautiful view from the backyard. We were able to fit five in this home very comfortably. Great Stay, highly recommend!

Fantastic stay. Clean. Everything you will need is there. Owner was very responsive and pleasant to speak with. If you are going to Corpus... stay here. The pool was clean and big enough for all 8 of us!!

Winter Getaway

2 couples stayed here in late March 2023. The house was close to restaurants, shopping and golf. We had a couple of issues which Christine resolved immediately! She is excellent to communicate with and responds quickly to questions very helpful! You need to bring your own beach towels and the pool is not heated which was a bit of a bummer water too chilly to swim. A hot tub would be a great addition to the property. It was warm but no sun for most of our stay. Great deck for morning coffee and hanging out. Pretty views of Oso Bay when not cloudy! Bedrooms and bathrooms were great! House was perfect for our needs. We used gas grill 1 night and that worked great! We were going to use the gas fire pit but the knob was broken and we told Christine about it. We enjoyed our stay very much!!!

GREAT GETAWAY

We rented the property for 1 month. Everything was extremely clean (especially important now). Home had full amenities--only thing we had to bring was beach towels. Bed was S0-0-0 comfortable. Sunset Beach Relaxation

My wife and I absolutely loved this place. Very clean and spacious and the pool was fantastic. We enjoyed every sunrise and sunset. We really needed a de-stress type vacation and this place delivered. Thank you Christine for all your help during our stay.
