HOUSE RULES:

- Booking guests must be at least 25 years old
- Check-in is between 4 pm and 11pm, unless approved by the host
- Check-out is at 10 AM
- Quiet hours 10pm - 6 am
- No smoking/vaping
- Early check in for guest in need is $50
- Late check out after 10am will have a fee of $50/hr
- Parties and large gatherings are PROHIBITED
- Only guests who are on the original booking are allowed to stay overnight
- Ensure to lock all doors each time you leave the residence
- We ask that you treat our home with the same respect that you do in your own home
- This is a family-oriented and child-friendly home. However, children and infants must be under active supervision by a parent or guardian at all times. All responsibilities and care MUST be provided by the guest.
- All listed amenities are to be used at the guest's own risk. The homeowner or host will not be held liable in any way for the risk, danger, injury, or damages caused by booking guest or their party.
- RESPECT our neighbors!!

GUEST ACCESS:

-Guests will be given a specific code 24 hours before check-in, detailed instructions on their reservation, and any other codes to access any other doors around the house.
-You will have access to the entire home, backyard, laundry room, and game room.

INTERESTED IN POOL HEAT?

-We charge $100/day to heat pool
-You must notify us in advance to be able to get the pool heated as it could take up to 24 hours to reach the designated temperature.

POOL/JACUZZI RULES:

- $1000 fine if any glass is found inside the pool or any pets are found to be using the pool
- Please note there is no lifeguard on duty, and you must swim at your own risk.
- You are assuming all risks and liabilities when using the pool. Owner/Host will not be held liable for any accidents that happen while you are at the residence.
- NO DIVING OR RUNNING
- NO glass food or glassware in the pool or around the deck
- NO pets are allowed to swim in the pool
Children under the age of 16 shall not use the pool without any parent/guardian supervision.

WASHER/DRYER:

-Located outside in the laundry room
-Access door is smart locked
-Code will be given with check-in instructions
-We will provide initial supplies of laundry pods and dryer sheets, for longer stays you may need to purchase them once initial supplies have run out.
-You MUST remove any lint accumulated in the lint tray

SUPPLIES PROVIDED:

-Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and toilet paper
-Shower towel, pool towel, face wash, washcloth set for each guest
-Coffee, tea, and paper towels
-Garbage bags are under the kitchen sink, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and new sponge

PETS: (Only pets less than 50 pounds are allowed)

- Pet-friendly, up to 2 pets per booking ($100 pet fee) (this does not cover any extra cleaning inside or outside of the residence, due to your pet)
- PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE FURNITURE OR BEDS
-You Must receive prior approval for any pets, an extra fee of $250 will be collected if found to have pets on the property without authorization.
-If you are away from the home, you MUST crate your pet (crate provided by guest)
-If there are any cleanliness issues or damage caused by pets or service/emotional support animals, we will impose an additional $150/fee.

PARKING:

-Free Parking on the premises
-2 car parking in the driveway
-Additional parking in front of the property only.
-There is no parking on the opposite side or near our neighbor's property.

NO SMOKING
- The home is a non-smoking and recreational drug-free space. DO NOT smoke cigarettes, vapes, or anything that in any way would create a smell inside of the residence.
- A fee of $450 will be imposed if we identify that someone smoked in the residence.
- The fee will cover the use of any available resources in order to remove any smells and sanitize air vents and ducts.

- Video surveillance cameras are located on the exterior of the property to make sure the house is protected as well as our guests during their stay. All footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons. We also monitor occupancy and other policies per VRBO guidelines. In no way do cameras infringe the privacy of our guests, cameras are located on the front/driveway door, driveway side gate, and back-alley gate.
- To try and disable, obstruct, or tamper with cameras is strictly prohibited.
- Any tampering with or covering of cameras or internet blockage in any way, may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
