Dazzling Mid Century Modern in hot Mid Town Phoenix Location. Designed by famed architect Ralph Haver this home has character throughout that makes it a unique place to stay. Modern kitchen that is fully stocked for those wanting to cook in. Multiple seating areas and dining for 6 in the open floor plan concept. Backyard is a private oasis that features htd pool , hot tub, firepit, and lighted putting green. Prime location that is walking distance to hip coffee shop and cafe.
The space
Unique space that features open floor plan that is centered around a modern kitchen with custom island. The home has a vintage feel that creates charm throughout. Relax in the living room on the sectional and watch tv or gather around the eat in kitchen. Backyard is private and has all that you need to enjoy the Arizona weather. Putting green to shore up the short game for the golf enthusiasts. Sparkling pool and hot tub as well as a custom fire pit to wind down around at the end of the day. BBQ grill and outdoor couch round out this incredible backyard space. Wanna take a bike ride around the quiet neighborhood? Two bikes on site for guest use.
Mid Town neighborhood is loaded with hip shops and restaurants. Plenty to do within a close proximity. Ideal location to downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale for events and nightlife.
Other things to note
Home is located in a quiet established neighborhood and neighbors must be respected at all times. No large parties will be tolerated. Quiet hours nightly at 10 PM for outdoor area.
Pool can be heated for an additional $100 per day or $500 per week Please notify manager at least 48 hours in advance for pool heating.
No smoking or vaping in home at any time. $1000 fine for any signs of smoking in property.
If you are traveling with children 6 and under please notify manager for pool safety notice.
Guest access
Guests have the entire home to themselves. There is no shared spaces.
For the safety of our guests and safety of cleaning staff the final arrival door code will not be provided until the day of your arrival. All other home information will be provided leading up to your stay.
