We loved our stay at Isle View Motel. Everything was so clean and up to date. Check-in was seamless. We were contacted via text and email with instructions. We loved being able to use the complimentary guest resource room which included snacks, including my husband being able to make oatmeal for breakfast. Our bed was so comfortable too! Thanks for the hospitality, when we are in the area we will definitely choose to stay here again.

Hosts were very responsive to our needs. We loved the self check in and additional amenities (grills, firepit, snacks, etc..)We did not give 5 starts because we had some issues with the fan/ light. It appears that people from other rooms could turn them on because they were on a remote.

Clean and sufficient for our needs

We stayed 2 nights while visiting Acadia. We wanted to be away from the craziness of Bar Harbor… this location satisfied this need. Check in and communication were great. We stayed in room 7. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Only minor issues that I would want others to consider is… 1) proximity to the highway is very close, which is apparent when I look back at the website pics. It wasn’t an issue for me, as I wear earplugs anyway, but I did hear a siren once, as it is that close. If you are a light sleeper, keep this in mind. 2) Bathroom is tiny! For a couple nights, it was fine. My husband is about 250lb and reported that his arms/body were in constant contact with the shower curtain or edges of the shower stall because of how cramped it was. Water temp and pressure was good, so he said he would take the cramped over cold and no water pressure. The recommendations they offer for restaurants were amazing. We went back to Upper Deck a second time!

Although the room was clean, and it was easy to access with the keypad, there were a few issues, was there an i e machine?, if so, where? The picture on Virbo was not the room we got. Better shower curtains dripped all over the floor and bath mat. Sink was slow but someone did look at it quickly, and made it works slightly better. No instructions for heater, ac, humidifier. The best I can say was it was clean and the bed was comfortable.
