Very cute apartment in an amazing location! It was so easy to walk anywhere in Bar Harbor and the property was very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Very, very clean! Susan was so responsive and helpful with suggestions for our stay. The house was very well appointed and comfortable. So close to town and within easy walks. Just a fabulous stay!

Beautiful house located steps away from everything you need in town! Fully furnished kitchen made cooking at home a breeze and having a parking space was so nice within a busy place. Host was very communicative and helpful.

Great location to go to Acadia, and a short walk to all sorts of things downtown. Perfect for our family of 4 with the trundle bed in the 2nd bedroom. The girls thought it was cool. We utilized the games in the chest. Would definitely recommend staying at Susan’s.

This is a roomy 2BR apartment in a very convenient-to-the-action location. It was very comfortable to hang out in and has all the amenities one could want for an extended stay, including a washer and dryer. The kitchen was loaded with supplies and appliances to prepare most any kind of meal. The host was always available, pleasant and helpful but never intrusive.

This is a homey immaculately clean getaway on a quiet side street close to all the fun of downtown Bar Harbor. My husband and I were there for just two days, to work and to bike in the park, and Susan's comfy place accommodated both. An exceptional value. We highly recommend.

The place is in an excellent location, in an older, quiet neighborhood just steps from Main Street. Bar Harbor is very walkable and it was great to not stress about parking. Susan is a great host and outfitted the first floor apartment with all one needs for cooking, comfortable sleeping, and with room to gather with family. The house has the charm of its period.

This is a great property walking distance to town. Exactly as the listing describes. The apartment was clean and had plenty of space for our family of three adults. It was so convenient to everything in town as well as into the national park. Susan was a great communicator and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend this property.

Wonderful property in a perfect location- we could walk to everything. It was quiet and we felt safe. The big blooming flowers in front of the house were gorgeous, and we loved the cottage feel of the home. We would stay here again-

You absolutely will not find a better host than Susan! This property is located in the best location. The street is quiet and we walked everywhere we went in town. I honestly could not believe how much we lucked out with this place. There are plenty of towels which I always appreciate. If we get the chance to visit Bar Harbor again I would not hesitate to book here!

Thank you so much for your stay Vickie. I'm truly surprised at your remark and your review. I normally get 5 star reviews and people love the charm of my 130 year old home that was fully redone less then 10 years ago. The style is not for everyone. Maybe a hotel where everything perfectly matches is more your style.

The house had everything we needed for our trip with two young children. Very close to all the great restaurants and shops downtown. Easy access to the park as well. Very clean and comfortable for our stay .

This property is wonderful with comfortable beds and a lovely set up. We loved staying there and highly recommend others stay there. It is close to the Village Green, a variety of restaurants, and the harbor. Everything is walkable. Owner Susan is lovely and easy to deal with.

Well that's a first. My sleeper sofa, and the beds, are 3 years old. I have recent reviews saying the beds are very comfortable. Many of my pieces are antiques and flea market finds. It's called shabby chic... everything is clean and I have never had anyone describe my place as shabby. The living room carpet is beautiful braided wool from LL Bean. My linens are of the highest quality. I, and every other of my former guests, would beg to differ. I'm sorry it didn't live up to your standards. Maybe stay in a hotel next time.

This was a very cozy and comfy place to come back to after some long, cool, and sometimes rainy hikes and outings. Location is great as you can walk to all of the great places in Bar Harbor while staying on quite street. Susan was a great host who was very responsive and friendly. If we ever make it back to Bar Harbor, I would definitely stay here.
