Dollar Point Lookout - Lake Views

This Dollar Point Lookout cabin features 3 bedrooms/2 baths and has lake views and wonderful southern exposure for longer days and shorter nights. The cabin has seen new updates including furniture, TV's, mattresses, and decor. The home has an open floor plan with the kitchen, living room, and dining room open to one another for easy conversations, vaulted ceilings, rock fireplace, wrap around deck with gas BBQ (summer only), and a loft for some extra living space upstairs equipped with a new flat screen TV, foos ball table, and seating.

Main Level: Kitchen, living room, dining room, hall bath, and two of the three bedrooms. This level also features the large sunny deck, patio furniture, and BBQ.

Upper Level: The loft area with the foos ball table, TV, and the master bedroom with attached bath.

All vacation rental properties are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV/TV's with streaming services, washer & dryer and barbecue (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.

Great place for family stay

Beautiful views with easy acceas to Palisades

My family and our friend with our dogs enjoyed the lake views and easy access to Palisades. It's also just a short drive to restaurants and groceries, which was very convenient after a long day on the mountain. We hope to stay again!

Great Winter Getaway

The location was great, close to Tahoe City. It would have been even better if we had access to the homeowners’ amenities. The house itself is a bit outdated, though the kitchen does have some newer appliances. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The deck offers a nice view and was a relaxing spot to spend time.

Relaxing location

The location was ideal and relaxing just east of Tahoe City (a short bike ride along the path). The home has original character and had all we needed. The front deck was a great place to enjoy our evening. Communication with our host was excellent. Would love to stay here again!

Loved the view, the beds were super comfortable, kitchen well stocked with all you need for pots and plans, utensils, etc. Dining room table, perfect for family dinners. Love that there is back lanai's on both levels. Front deck is great for BBQ, star gazing and watching the bats at sunset!

Lovely property

Beautiful home with fabulous large picture windows and views of the lake! We really enjoyed the gas fireplace too, Clean and very well equipped. A bit dated but appears to be in the process of having bathrooms updated. Both interior and exterior stairs are a bit steep. Management company was responsive and check-in process was easy. Great quiet, convenient location. We would definitely rent it again.

Home Away From Home

Perfect location, close to stores, and other attractions. Beautiful property, and had everything we needed. Great view from the balcony, which we enjoyed in the morning and evenings. Perfect Getaway!

Living in San Francisco makes it easy to spontaneously hop in the car and head to Tahoe. We’ve stayed at many places over the years, and this home was one of the best. Comfortable master bed with nice bedding, fully stocked kitchen, great room with fireplace, large dining table, and wonderful view of the lake. We have two large dogs who love the snow—and for this reason we like homes that feel livable vs luxurious and precious. The location is also ideal because it’s close to a few different mountains.
